This is to inform you that I have visited infratech sealink property at Thane on 28/03/2022 and find a bungalow plot at location DIVE ANJUR BHIVANDI and also made payment of 100000 for booking amount then they demand 5lack rupees from my side for land registration and registration fees as 45k I have made payment of same they told as that your registration process will complete within 45days this incident was happen on 13/06/2022 .
But still my registration is not done after so many follow up from their employees not proper response given . specially Meenka Rathod is not response properly and staff namely Bavisker, Ashwini Pawar, Mandar, they are not responding my calls and also ingore me .
I am asking them from date for every process and process time for every step they had to done.
But they are not bothering to answer me then how can I make trust on them .
They told me registration date but on that specific registration date they try to postpone that date
I have tole them I am working not able to take leave from my office please arrange my registration on Saturday or Sunday but this this did not happen but I can understand so that I take too many time leave from my company for registration but still registy is not done .
Let me tell you one recent example that was happed on 02/08/2023
On 28/07/2023 they (bhavisker) told to came on 02/08/2023 for registration at registrar office at timming between 12 to 01
I have reached on time than he told me to came at 2 to 3:30 I told him that I have already reached by time you had given me so no worry you can came 3:30 I will wait, after some time I have received a call from him that there is server issue all over Maharashtra so that you can go back we will make registration after a week .
I did not understand what kind of service is this.
Request you to take serious action on this and provide me my land and I will ensure no other deal done by infratechh.
