This is to inform you that I have visited infratech sealink property at Thane on 28/03/2022 and find a bungalow plot at location DIVE ANJUR BHIVANDI and also made payment of 100000 for booking amount then they demand 5lack rupees from my side for land registration and registration fees as 45k I have made payment of same they told as that your registration process will complete within 45days this incident was happen on 13/06/2022 .

Property cheating is the law of land in India. You will find every other guy cheated in India. This infratech has taken my refundable booking amount and has not yet returned despite of several follow ups. They have bluntly denied and all the staff people came to beat me when I asked my money back. They have this guts because of poor civil courts structure in India. I have booked a plot through infratech sealink properties at vashi, navi mumbai in jan 2018. The company has booked on condition that 50% loan will be provided through the company. After booking the company made me to pay full amount and one year regular follow up the company has done registration of another plot having lesser value.
