Updated by Radha raman kumar The firm is selling plots in Chirle are. Beware:
* The land is purely agricultural land and not NA.
* The access to the plot is very limited and you have to walk more than 1 Km to go to plot.
* The land in green park zone
* Road and amenities as shown is nowhere in govt documents
* The area is not in
CIDCO or NAINA or KHOPATA development plan
* Metro is not yet formulated.
* Most of the cases Land title is not clear
* Those who have booked plot two or three years back have not been given possession yet
* Instead if 1 Guntha (1079) sqft you will get less than 900 sqft and access Road 10 feet only.
* They donot have procured adjoining land so extension of road is in suspicion.
* Most of the time they compels customers to pay in full and no loan
* We have booked the plot 2 years back. After a lot of damages the company done registration in Mar 19 and still our pherphar has not been done.
The company made us to run piller to post for the plot. Our Pherphar MUTATION has been rejected by the Circle Officer and we have to file an appeal at SDO at Panvel.
