I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the distressing and unprofessional experience I have had with your company. I had purchased a flat and a plot from Infratech at your Thane Cadbury Junction Devcorpora location. I paid a booking amount of 2 lakh rupees.
To my utter dismay, when I went to check on the flat, I was informed that it had been sold to another party. This was done without my knowledge or consent. Instead of addressing this serious breach of trust, I was merely offered another flat in the same building, which is not an acceptable solution.
Furthermore, I have been requesting the cancellation and refund of my booking amount for the past two years. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive any of my money back. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company's management and customer service.
The behavior of your management and reception staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. The constant turnover of staff only exacerbates the situation, leading to further mismanagement and lack of accountability.
