Infrill.com — smart watch - different item was sent which is also not working

Dear sirs,
I have ordered cisco jumper 4 pro 4g smart watch on[protected] vide order no.17384. On receipt of the item i opened the package and found a wrong item was sent to me. On the same day i made return request. I also pursued return request so many times through the mail and their website and no response from their side. The sent item is a cheap item which is not even working. No response from their side. The photo of watch is the ordered by me. But they sent a different item. The photo of which is not accepted here due to more memory occupation
