I had ordered a Zeblaze Thor 5 smart watch from infrill.com. Instead, I got a sub-standard, unbranded watch. I paid Rs. 3890 and the one I got is not worth even Rs. 500/-. I have raised a refund request and also raised a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer affairs. The name of the seller on the packet is Kronic Digital from New Delhi.
Has anyone received a refund from them (infrill/Kronic)?
