Had ordered a bed from. Inkgrid.in on 14th august with promised delivery by 22nd august.. I paid an amount of 45000 in full through razorpay. The product has not been shipped till date.. Messages and calls are not answered.. Replies received at random intervals.. They have been making excuses of heavy rainfall delaying shipments. There are no details at all.. Everyday they claim to be shipping the product and sharing tracking details.. There are lot of complaints against them.. People say they are frauds/scamsters

My husband had placed order for two queen size beds and we have been waiting for the delivery but it has been delayed by a good 20 days. We live in mumbai and the order was placed in delhi wherein they had said that they can arrange for the delivery to a different city. All the numbers listed on the websites are not working. Looks like a fraud company to me and i am only hoping we have not been duped with our money. We have made the full payment and still expecting delivery!

We were never sent updates for the work in progress and also nothing about when the consignment was going to get delivered. My husband has been following up with this fellow named vineet but he just does not pick-up the call.

Inkgrid has duped us using fake pictures & products. This company needs to be sued. These guys have dumped their trash furniture inspite o[censored]s refusing to take it & have fled.

Ordered beds from Inkgrid. Been in touch with a guy named Vineet. 1 months no sign of beds. Made a wire transfer of full payments. I was shocked to see other complaints on this company & the people being frauds. I will pursue them till i put these scoundrels behind bars. Cheating & fraudulent practice & stealing people money.

Need help asap to expedite this case.

Very bad quality product delivered no one came for fitting the people are biggest frauds cheaters they are known frauds the images are just taken from the net and they make dummy with bad quality ply do not pay them at all say cash on delivery these guys are biggest frauds i request the authorities to please put a clamp on these fraudsters. All these guys are fraudsters they claimed to deliver the product in 10 days too 50 days there in i had to call them numerous times i was threatened too jo karna hai kar lo i also wrote to razor pay and they did not pay heed to it they say said we are just a payment gateway razor pay also should be held accountable for the same and through them get to this [protected] abhinav shrivastava they have a big nexus who are doing this fraud all over india i also believe they are illegally smuggling liquor into gujrat the courier company people said this company is the biggest fraud.

Recently i placed an order on inkgrid.com for a sofa and centre tables. I read a lot of negative reviews about this company, so wasn't sure o[censored]sing my card. I made an enquiry and someone from the team called up. They resolved my queries and offered me partial payment option.
I received the product on saturday and i must say that the product quality is pretty good. I would rate them 4 out 5.
Please share information about the order in every stage, so that a customer like me doesn't have to chase you guys.

I ordered furniture (paying in full) from the website inkgrid.com owned by Abhinav Srivastava (as listed on his current LinkedIn profile). It's been a month but I've not heard anything from them (save for one customer care email that claimed my furniture will be shipped that week - when it wasn't, I sent them a follow up email but haven't heard back since).

A few points to note:
- All the customer care numbers listed are fake / do not exist
- Their Facebook page is active (someone responded to my message, then disappeared when I enquired about my furniture). The number associated with it reaches a lady named Aarti who claims to have no association with the company.
- Their Instagram is active (last post on Aug 23rd). I posted a comment which was deleted, and my profile was blocked. I found them using another profile, commented again, which was again deleted. (I have screenshots of all of the above).

Everything seems normal on the website front -- they're still accepting orders, taking payments and scamming everyone.
Any help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated!

The only communication that i received from inkgrid was the order confirmation email saying "order 279880 is confirmed."
Post that after having written several emails to them i have not received any response from inkgrid. All their contact numbers does not seem tobe working.

It has not been delivered till date.

I have ordered for smart ergonomic chair by emperor in black color order id 279609 and paid rs 2772. I did not get the item for about 1 month. Finally, one item was delivered which was not emperor make, a wrong make, poor quality, with broken arm. The item is not usable at all. I am enclosing images of the item received. No assembly was provided. Very poor packaging was there.
I have already reported this to your support number [protected] and as per discussion sent all images in the whatsapp on 7th october. So far i have not received any response.
Please arrange to send replace the item or refund asap.

It is absolutely unacceptable comment from inkgrid after more than 9 months of raising the complaint. I have not been able to use the chair for a single day since purchase. It is the worst online shopping experience I had so far. This site should be banned. It is simply cheating the customers.

No update on order, no response to repeated emails except for the same automated emails saying "we have noted your request. Someone from our team will be contacting you within 2 hrs" but no one contacts at all. No response to any of my phone calls. Requested a cancellation which is not processed too.

I see a lot of complaints against the company and i regret the mistake i have made.

Seems the company is a fraud. The website must be blocked and legal actions must be taken against the company.

On inquiry, i recieved mail that the item is getting dispatched on 18th Sep 2017 from [protected]@inkgrid.com. I still have not received goods. I purchased "study table in knotty wood finish by crystal furnitech" on 5th july 2017 through inkgrid website. I paid rs 8217. It showed shipping in 6 business day. After 6 business days i called them, they picked the call and said that item will be delivered by july 20th.
I did not recieved it by said date. I had to call again, they said that due to heavy rain in center part of india, shipping got delayed and told will get delivered by 27th july.
No updates till 27th as well, i started contacting them daily with more than 10 calls, but they are not picking my calls at all. I tried calling through different number, he picked my call once and asked my order number, after getting my order number he disconnected after a minute and never picked my call again.

I tried contacting them through whatsapp, he replied there as well once saying he will check the status but never replied again.

This is very frustrating now, its more than 1 month now and tried more than 100 times to reach them but no response, they are wasting my time, money.

They are fraud company.

Order not delivered. They were not processing refund. I wanted new sofa... I got stuck as had purchased and no delivery. I had to make a trip to delhi only to push them. The team is rubbish. Rude and arrogant. Dont do any work. Finally they delivered 4 months late. Wrong size. Poor poor material. Asking for more money to get it to look like new. Is scratched wood and torn fabric. Looks worse than my old sofa. I want to return but saying we will not as it is customized for you. I have not asked for any customization. Only deliber as shown on site. It is nothing like that. Horrible experience. Do not buy anything from inkgrid.

Ordered a bed from inkgrid. Saw specs and photos were same of reputed furniture sites and tgough to be genuine. Turned out totally rubbish. Material is crap. I[censored] bang with hand it breaks. Fabric was already torn on delivery. Size of the bed was much smaller. I had to buy new mattress woth custom dimensions inspite of having a brand new king sized mattress. Also i wanted a king size bed and had to settle for smaller than queen. Soon the wood started breaking and finally i have given u all hopes and getting new bed. Placed lots of complaints but once money has reached them there is 0 customer service. Before sales they are very good. Do not buy anything from this fake and cheating website.

I had ordered a shoe cabinet from the website and paid rs 3465 via razorpay (Net banking) to the website on 10 july 2017. I have not been informed regarding my product delivery date and there is not even an option for cancellation. Nobody replies on the [protected] customer care number. Please help. These scammers need to be caught. My order id is 279286. This is atrocious and i want my hard earned money back or i want these guys behind the bar.
