Inkgrid — Order for Sofa set order . complaint no. [ID: 2363586] | |||
Hi, I had placed order for Sofa set during 2019 and delivery lead time was committed for 5 days. After making payment of Rs. 83, 635 post discussion with Mr. ROhith on 27.5.2019 . There was no response to my phone calls and emails for almost 3 weeks. And my corporate customer was not ready to wait as the agreed lead time was already crossed. Then i had requested to cancel my order, but again i got wrong commitment that the order was dispatched and i said i m not going to accept the delivery as it is too much delayed. But that time order was not dispatched, when i followed up for refund or to share dispatch details, again no response. Then i had to buy Sofa set - 3nos from Pai & Pai showroom in order to retain my customer. After all this item reached Bangalore and i confirmed i cannot accept delivery. I raised complaint on this forum 15.06.2019, but no response. Finally got response to my email (not in this portal), stating cancellation not possible and i can proceed however i need.
