Inox — dead rats inside the seat

while watching movie due to bad smell .. we found out that there were dead rats inside our seat ... and not one ... but more then 4-5 rats .. and these rats made their way inside the seat .. by tearing the seat cushion .. and asked by manager so they gave a reason that the building was too old so there were rat traps also .. what if there spreads more rat and that it causes problem or spreads disease to any infant or person !!
