I tried to pay Rs. 708/- against 4 tickets on 15th Aug 2022, but the amount from my Phone Pay was deducted. It was told to me by the person at INOX, Chitralaya (Vizag) counter that I would receive my money within 2-3 hours. He gave me the INOX Whatsapp number so I could share the screenshot with him. When I called the INOX WhatsApp number later, I received a response that the amount would be credited within 48 hours. In the course of the call, the staff of INOX informed me that I would get a call back from the manager as well. However, I have not received a refund or a call back from INOX management. My experience with this response/service has been the most ridiculous I've ever encountered.
