      Hi team.

      I came to watch movie ram setu in inox baroda taksh mall, I booked ticket online with f&b nd selected tub for 390 as today is Tuesday but when I received the ticket with details it came as normal tub popcorn,

      I requested staff over here that after applied compound this happend.but they were not ready to listen me, in my bill it was 340 one even I asked them to change it to 390 one tub no they simply decline the request.

      Please solve this asap.

      Being genuie nd loyal customer of Inox I never want to raise compalin but this was not done.

      my self visited at inorbit malad yesterday to see movie VED how 4.25 pm interval time my self visited stall to purchase popcorn but sorry to say they refuse gpay and asking for cash, no one have correct answer for the same my self argue with them but no answer for the same all staff behavir like they are owner of that shop.

      its shows that they dont case about customer, just like HUM KUCH BHI KAR SAKATE HAI KOI KUCH NAHI KAREGA.

      MY SELF SHARE HOLDER OF THIS COMPANY I WILL TAKE UP THIS MATTER NOW.

        Inox, Prozone Mall, Aurangabad had stopped us from taking outside food in even after showing them the government notification. The management was uncooperative

        In furtherance to your email, Presently there is no rule/ regulation/law, which mandates the Cinema Exhibitors to allow the patrons to carry the outside eatables and drinks into the cinema theatres. The restriction / prohibition on not allowing patrons to carry into the theatre premises outside eatables and drinks are imposed taking into consideration safety, security, health and hygiene of the patrons and the issue is currently sub-judice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

        We do make allowances for infants, elderly and guests who have a medical issue/special needs.

        We are hopeful that above, satisfactorily addresses your concern.

          I visited Inox South city kolkata today for a movie today at 4.45pm. I ordered 3 coffee for 250 each. Around the same time. The cup was so flimsy the top part bends on holding. I badly burned my hand through no fault of my own. A Americano that cost rs 250 was served in a cup similar to the one we find on road side. Compensate for ruined movie. Intense pain and the mental harracement.

            I went to watch Kantara on 22/10/22 at INOX Forum Courtyard Mall, Kolkata, 700020. Show timing- 10:40PM. There I lost my earbuds (Oppo Enco Buds 2), they are black coloured and blue inside. My seat number was B11 in screen 1. Ticket ID- 4228986. I tried to call them but the number is invalid. Please find it and keep it, I will go tomorrow morning and take it 🙏🙏. My phone number- [protected]

              Cancellation of INOX Theater movie tickets

              I Bought 5 tickets at Rs1832 on 21/10/2022 for a moview at 9:20 PM, and booked the tickets on the wrong day. Inox has option to cancel ticket if its their own site ..but does not allow to do so when its bookmyshow. There is no option for third party buyers to cancel on their website as well . I have lost that amount of money . Please help resolving this issue....

              During my show's (ID 159690) intermission, I ordered for two small salted popcorn. Even after listening and confirming the person at billing billed me for a large tube and said it serves the same quantity. When complained they handed me a samosa plate saying to split the popcorn in that and eat. Is this how you treat your costumer? Give them a paper plate n ask them to eat in that!?

                      I booked movie ticket on wrong date by mistake on bookmyshow for inox movie theatre Gandhinagar yesterday. I contact both Bookmyshow and inox movies but i couldn't get any help from them....

                      I visited nelyoge four square Mall near ghatkopar station Inox theatre i visit in booking counter and ask the ticker price so he tell me Rs 90. there asking for 2 ticket value 300 but ticket value 180 rupees.. i ask why are you charging extra price.they said that pop-corn price include in ticket price. I only want ticket not pop-corn. They are said that you have to buy combo ticket if you are not take pop-corn then you are not allowed to buy a ticket.there is service is extremely poor. I'm very disappoint with it.you are staff is very bad behaviour.

                      I hear by requested to please resolve my issues as soon as possible.

                                I had booked a movie ticket at Inox c-21 mall, indore dated October 06, 2022 to watch ब्रह्मास्त्र movie but your security objected to bring outer food material and kept my bag outside
                                Under indian cinema act 1955 of India it is not Under any law to object and quit a civil rights ticket bring his foods materials inside the theatre hall
                                Conclusively talked your manager he denied about all facts of civil rights and he also objected and told to get a letter of Inox I asked are you having any letter to object or stop us to bring any food materials in theatre he again denied
                                Therefore please permit us to bring the ouside food materials in side the theatre hall otherwise i will approach to a concerning Judicial authority

                                  I am resident of gorakhpur, I visit for movie on Inox Orion mall on 4 October for Vikram Veda, when I reach to movie ticket counter, i ask for ticket the person told me that popcorn will include in that, I say i not want popcorn they said will not give movie ticket, please take strict action against, they are violating the consumer rights
