Dear team,
Myself and my relatives paid ₹3000 for 3 tickets of Mani Ratnam movie called 'Ponniyin Selvam ' at Inox Galleria, Yelahanka. The show was for 10:30 pm on 1st October.
Since the movie is in the purest form of Tamil Language, we booked to movie with subtitles so that we can seamlessly understand and enjoy the movie.
The film certificate of the movie includes "with English subtitles" in the title itself.
But the moment the movie started, it became clear that the movie does not contain subtitles. As a result of this, myself and my relatives couldn't understand whatever movie we saw and felt cheated.
Upon raising the complaint to your manager Mr. Krishna, at Inox Galleria Mall, the incompetent fellow said nothing can be done about it and the issue has been persisting only with Inox theatres.
He could not give us any resolution whatsoever despite us telling him that this was no fault of ours and that we booked the ticket only because it promised to have subtitles.
Basis your employee's suggestion to write a feedback, I'm doing so.
And my feedback is this:
1. If a problem persists at your end, then please acknowledge it and provide resolutions.
2. Hire people who know how to provide resolutions rather than give a chatbot reply. Paying ₹3000 for tickets is not something we do everyday. The waste of money will pinch any common man. Your chatbot-reply-giving-employees are of no help.
Lastly, i hope that people higher up the chain still have some basic obligation towards their consumers. And so i request you to provide a resolution to my complaint.
