While watching Kingston movie 6 45 pm show the screen is fully covered with blue color.
the screen visibility issue was faced on previous show too but the team didn't rectified nor informed us the issue prior booking the ticket.
The same has been informed to maintenance team but they didn't take any prompt action for the screen visibility issue.

It was such a worst experience with vetri cinemas theni.

With refrence to complain of street dog. There are around 20 nos of street dog living near our house and need to shift as early as possible as they are barking on person passing on road as well bite one of our kid playing on ground near our house . They all are street dog so please shift all of for safety of people living near. They are living in big ground near our house.

Actually today I've gone to vetri theatre to booking ticket...and I've asked counter staff Abt the fare n seat row number. firstly she didn't even gvn me any info she directly took my card n stared swiping...n I stopped her n asked Abt the seat row number...she said row is available N th row...then I've checked wid my frds n again asked her any J th row available...bt she told me tat whatever seat u want I can't give that seat...whatever seat I'm giving tat only u can purchase..how bleedy those staffs were...seriously I'm not aware online seats can't be purchased from counters...she shld inform me in a polite manner knw...bt she was rude wid every customer ..this is how u guys treat all o[censored]r customers? I've never seen these kinda customer service staff...that both lady were thinking their self as Vetri cinemas CEO...very bad behavior...I'm totally disappointed...it's irritating

Worst sound effects, not Dolby atmos it's only Dolby. Screen 1 and 4 looks like Dolby atmos. Not real Dolby atmos.

I came to watch the movie "joker" at vetri cinemas at chromepet, chennai. The movie was hotly anticipated and i must say that i didn't enjoy the movie at all because of its horrible aspect ratio, the point of displeasure was the fact i had to watch the movie in a cropped resolution, also i had a terrible experience with their 3d glasses and with their 3d effects for a movie known as justice league a couple of year ago. Never mind!

Btw when i went to complaint this issue to the management, one of the individual there said it's either the wb (Production house) nor the director-todd phillips's fault, and the theater don't hold any responsibilities (Your smirking right?) anyways for his grisly safeguard he expressed that every single cinemas / theater in chennai does this! Yet, i don't believe that pvr-films and some other great theaters may concur with it.

Ps-well next time if any of my friends or family head out to watch a hollywood motion picture on vetri cine, well i'll drag them out of there...

I hope you will consider the complaint. Please give prompt resolution so that other people may not face the same problem.

The minute maid drink (bottled drink) has been adulterated. The pulpy orange drink has no pulp and is very diluted. When customers are paying surcharge above MRP rates, the quality is expected to be good. If quality of even bottled drinks are brought down it is really worrying. When attempting to meet the concerned authorities, they were not present. Please look into this issue and help sustain the quality standards expected for foods and beverages.

Today at Vetri cinemas, on 26.03.2017 i along with my friends, gone to watch a movie named Managaram at 2.40 show. At the time we have asked for drinking water but they replied that there is no free drinking water only mineral water for payment is available.

As per regulations theatre management to provide adequate drinking water for viewers. At this they have not followed the same. This shows that the rights are denied against common citizens.

My Name is Thameen, I came to Vetri Theatre with my friend to watch a Film and it got over and I came out from Parking area one guy with uniform asked for parking token and I gave him and came towards gate and other guy in uniform has stopped me and asked for parking token and I told him that i already gave to a person near parking area and i went towards main road and suddenly he called me in Bad words and i cant able to stop my bike due to traffic near gate and i park my bike outside theatre and came to that person who is fully drinked and asked why you using bad words immediately he started using so many bad words and told to get out form theatre and unknown person who came to theatre also warned that staff for not using bad words but he never mind about any one and he came near to beat me, suddenly my friend who came with me for film has stop that staff and asked for reason that staff has gave one punch to my friend and tare my friend shirt and immediately all other staffs came and scolded us and they are not bother to stop that staff who is fully drinked and they told to get out from theatre and a auto driver only told there is a police station near to it so please go and give a complaint, and after that we went and gave a complaint immediately police came to theatre with me and my friend and enquired about the incident but no one respond to it and told that staff name is suman, he already went out from theatre. so, Sir kindly take this mail as a complaint and take a necessary action against that staff (suman). Note: They are checking a person who came to theatre for watching film whether he is drunken or not but their staff itself is drunken in a duty. so first teach staff like suman to follow the rules and regulation about theatre. I am not mentioned about all the staffs especially Suman.

Vetri cinemas at chromepet is printing a higher ticket rate in online transaction and while entering the theatre we have to stand in queue and get sealed & at entrance, they are providing the real government approved ticket in which rate is not displayed. There are people selling tickets in black always. Please take immediate action.

Vetri cinema theatre is located at chrompet, chennai. Here they are selling cine tickets in black market by using thier employees. Theatre management itself selling tickets in black. They are reducing the no of tickets in ticket counter and those tickets are sold in black market by their employees. First class ticket rate is RS 80 per ticket since this theatre is not a multiplex.Can you please take the proper action
