Ac not working

Watching movie at Fun cinem in city mall screen 1 "Narsimha movie " . Air conditioner is not working. They are stealing user facility inspite of high price tickets. We all are visiting here for some pleasent time but experience is not up to the mark. Kindly take necessary action ao that it never again happened....

There is a person smoking cigarettes in the theatre at Seat G11 Audi 3
We have complained to the staff about this and they haven't responded in the manner required.
Family of the smoker also abusing the other people watching show who protested against such an act. Where the Cinema staff has not acted in the manner required in such cases major fires have been seen in the past. Kindly lodge a police complaint against them or we...

It’s very disheartening to see that the way ur staff anjali kumari posted at fun cinema kota is booking ticket without consulting the customer and just changing the seats by her own and lying after that just to satisfy her own ego.
I request u to just look into this ang plzz just train her how to behave with customer and have some basic etiquettes.

    The seats are very poor. Cousining was not good. The theatre has very unpleasant and foul smell. Bery poor condition.

      We ordered a small pop corn tub and a glass of soft drink. We thought that it would be be of rs 200 to 250 for both but when they said that it's 660 total amount we were shocked initially they didn't even tell us the price and nor the charges are displayed on the tv screens for the above. At the end we paid the price bt the glass of Pepsi is almost equal to a 40 rs bottle. They are charging very high amount from the customers in the name of food or drink. I request to kindly look into this matter.

        I would like to bring to attention a recent experience my friends and I had at Fun Cinema, DD Mall in Gwalior during a morning show. Upon attempting to purchase our tickets, we were informed by the staff that buying food was compulsory with the tickets. Despite our preference not to order any food, we were told that it was necessary for the morning shows due to the lower ticket prices. To avoid incurring additional charges, we opted to purchase our tickets online without any food. This incident raises concerns about the lack of policy transparency and the undermining of customer autonomy. While cinema halls have the right to prohibit outside food, compelling customers to buy in-house food is questionable and not in line with fair business practices.

            I bought 9 tickets for Maidaan movie today (21/04/24) I was told at the ticket counter that I will have to buy 2 popcorn buckets with the tickets. I asked ' what if we don't want popcorn?' the girl behind the counter said that 'saath hi ayega' later when I came to the theater, I saw only we were the ones who had popcorn. Nobody else. This is not appreciated and from now on I will not visit fun cinemas. And I'm going to put ratings and reviews also.

                  Today i visited fun cinemas panipat. When i bought ticket, they just wrote on a paper. Nonseat nuber no bill. I asked for online payment, they said cash only. I asked for centre corner tickets. They replied please manage the empty seats. Srrver is down. In hall, lightd were on during movie and no staff is there.
                  Totally looking like local theatre.

                      Extra charge ticket my 3 years child

                      I went with my family (me, my wife and two children, one 3 years old and the other 6 years old) to watch animal movie at 2:30 on 17th December. I reached the ticket counter at 2:00 pm on time.
                      But they did not give me the ticket saying that I have children with me and they are below 18 years of age and I cannot watch the movie with them.

                        When we are booking the seat for movie by offline in fun cinema Booth they're just adding snacks and popcorn in ticket but we don't want that but they were not listening and add the item's they were just forcing people for snacks .                             Review for Fun Cinemas here at Mittal Mall, Bathinda.
                            I have recently had some unpleasant experiences. The seats in the venue were extremely dirty, and head cushions are completely gone. At times, the air conditioning did not work properly, causing discomfort and a suffocating atmosphere. It is crucial that the hygiene standards at this place are significantly improved and consistently maintained at the highest level.

                            Instead of viewing this as mere criticism, it should be seen as an opportunity for improvement. This venue has the potential to be the best place to watch movies in the entire city and neighbouring regions. I would love to visit here on a regular basis, whether it be weekly or monthly, without any concerns about my health and overall experience.

                              i recent went to watch movie with my family, during interval i went to buy nachos where the guy at the counter said that you cannot get nachos separately and that has to be bought along with coke combo. i don't drink coke due to heavy sugar load, but there is no way you can buy nachos with coke. i don't mind the multiplex selling combo for those who prefer coke, but why to force that to someone who doesn't prefer. please do the needful.
