Today Me and 5 friends went to watch a movie in Inox Sapphire 90 .
We decide to get the royal seats that was Rs130 each . The show was of 10:40 AM. When we were booking the tickets than the man on the ticket counter said you have the add/buy combo with your tickets, than only we will give you the tickets. we said we don't want any sort of combo food we just want tickets and they declined. Than we asked them for manger the manager and they gave us this phone number as he was not there (said by them). We talked to him. first he said you don't have to buy any combo with ticket and after some time he called us back and said you have to do that something and hang-up and blocked our number.
we waited their and than we again requested the ticket counter person for ticket he finally agreed to give us tickets .
Without and combo and till now the time was already 11:05 AM or 11:10 AM
The way these person forced us to by combo was dis respectful . There were other in front o[censored]s who got tickets without any combo.

After that gave me caste lanes because I come from scheduled caste and Aryan Tripathi belongs to general caste,
Aryan ji did not fill his heart even after insulting us so much, he drove us away from there without giving us tickets.

My self. Lucky sahu, I am very excited to watch Vikram Rona, but without any noticed the movie get cancel.

I booked my ticket for Shamshera with INOX booking reference no. 4209312 on 26th July at screen 04 of INOX, Janakpuri, District Centre, Delhi.
The seats are dirty as visible dusts were there.
Also, seats are stinky and seat covers are torn. Really a bad experience till ever.
Please look at the matter.

They were constantly gazing badly.and one employe indicated badly.we request to take a tion against them

Today i went to inox aipl joy street to watch a movie there i asked from chef about lemon butter corn then he replied with misbehave and there are two more chef and both are laughing without reason so please fix it

1. Movie volume - we have complained twice but the volume is not adjusted for the movie.
2. Theatre cleanliness - the movie theatre is not cleaned. There is popcorn lying on the floor. There are mosquitoes in the theatre.
3. Support staff - the staff is not at all co-operative. Nothing has been resolved.

Washroom was not cleaned...
At food court area no upi payment available...
No wifi service for local use...

I had ordered a popcorn and coke combo for 880 rupees at INOX: Nexus, whitefield Bangalore. While paying I used the upi payment but it didn’t work the first time, so I ended up paying full in cash. But the upi payment also went through.

I spoke to the supervisor at the theatre refreshments counter and he said I would get refund as early as possible and it have been 3 weeks
I have tried contacting him everyday but there is no response.

I have attached the bill showing cash payment and my upi transaction which debited the same amount at the same time.

Taste of coke was pretty watery and not so good. Also it was less sweet. I could not drink it. Happened with me in Inox dhanbad - big bazaar at show of 12:40PM July 17 2022. Plz look into it and get it fixed for future.

Vizag cmr centerl inox movie ticket cancled...

1- Male security guard was about to check her bag and almost forced a lady who happens to be my connection. No female security guards at all and all male security guards doing all sorts of business. Felt very unsafe
2- I ordered popcorn and that was cold and all soggy, when asked at the counter he says it is " fresh" .
3- Still I accepted and took the tray in the hall and started watching movie, guess what in the tray my wife saw "2 cockroaches running"
4- Seats were torn from below or what idk, pathetic and poorly maintained cinema halls.

Overall, normal cinema halls are better if i get to compare. Worst experience and the manager when i spoke to him he only kept saying sorry sorry, instead of speaking to his team .

I remember my screen number and seat number precisely where I lost my key and wallet... When we were searching for them after the movie, the cleaning staff came to offer help and drove us away from the spot of search... Now the people are not co-operating and not showing the cctv footage... They are just saying us to submit our contact details and go... How can we go without the car key?? They should co-operate and show us the cctv footage atleast

I have booked for Yaani movie Tamil on 10/07/2022 3:15 PM(Seat number F5, F6, F7&F8), but my booking got canceled and there is no intimation and there is no refund yet.
When I reached theater i was very much disappointed and my time and travel expenses are completely waste.
When I reach booking counter only I came to know it was canceled.

Thor: love and thunder (hindi 3d) (u/a) inox metro 3:30 pm show. Inox metro jawaharlal nehru road kolkata. Horrible quality of 3d glass and give a head bursting headache. I intentionally tried to open the 3d glass and then i could see clear. During the fight scene colour and everything is unclear. Very disappointed.

It was such a horrible experience. I visited Inox Sunny Trade Center, Jaipur on July 10, 2022. It was a 3D movie and everything was blurry. There were two huge grayish lines at the top and bottom of the screen which was extremely annoying. The speakers were not working properly and it seemed like we were watching the movie on a television from early 2000s.

As if this wasn’t enough, during the movie there were several droplets of water that fell on me from the AC.

All this while I paid for Royal Recliners. What is wrong with this place? Such an annoying experience.

I recently watched Thor-Love and Thunder at INOX: Vaibhav Amarapali Circle Jaipur with my 5 friends.
Half of the seats were worn out and had a bad seating arrangement even the gaps between the seats were not as usual as it has to be.
It was the worst experience watching even after playing a very high cost for royal box seat.
Also the quality of large tub popcorn was not good And the cold drinks that was served tastes like it was expired .
Overall we didin't had the best experience as we expect from INOX
Kindly, address these concerns and take the necesssary steps.

Everything shown was out of focus and was missing clarity. I guess it might be the issue in placing the projector properly. I had taken 3 tickets for the movie and none o[censored]s could enjoy the movie because of this issue. But the sound quality in the theatre was much appreciable.
