I remember my screen number and seat number precisely where I lost my key and wallet... When we were searching for them after the movie, the cleaning staff came to offer help and drove us away from the spot of search... Now the people are not co-operating and not showing the cctv footage... They are just saying us to submit our contact details and go... How can we go without the car key?? They should co-operate and show us the cctv footage atleast

Complaint marked as Resolved The company got me in contact with the manager there and I was able to get my car keys back... By searching it myself... The staffs were useless though but because of this company, they took me seriously and let me search the surroundings of my seat thoroughly... Thanks to this company...
