I want with my friends today.but my experience is very bad...Inox only for name but other local cinema hall is batter than Inox. No cleaning, no service, and staff is busy only for sale food items...very bed experience.and always sare with everyone choose local movie hall batter than Inox...

This is regards to inox ansal plaza jodhpur.
In the screen no. 3 i went with my family at that we had worst experience there. In the audi 3 there is no proper ventilation and AC also not working properly.

I have complaint multiple time to present manager Mr. Shubham Gurjur.
He was always reply to me that it will be done in next 5 minutes but till the end of movie not get any proper response and resolution of issue. Even after all this he is arguing and misbehave with the customers.

I will never visit this cinema next time and also suggest my friend and colleague to avoid Inox cinemas in jodhour.

Hello, I'm here at inox jasvant tuli mall, nagpur(M.H). We had a booking of RRR movie on 29/03/2022 at 10:55pm, but we have been waiting for more than 35minutes in lobby area waiting for entry. Very rude behaviour by staff. This is utterly disappointment that we had to face this type of issue at a premium facility. My seats were screen1 D-14, 15. Due to this excess and uncertain delay, I'm not watching this show and hope to get a full refund for the same, since its a mistake from your side.

1). In rajkot[protected] RRR movie show at 2:15pm 1st price shows 160 and thn i reached their to collect tickets thn price increase by 170

2). Thn same day, at the 2nd show of kashmir files at 10;45 that time popcorn combo displayed 380 combo and your employees answered that kind of combo we not have. They also didnt knw they display in screen thn in front of our eye thn changed display

That shows how irresponsible your company only want cheat customers.

3) complain regarding being brand value of cinema there is no availability o[censored]pi qr scan or phone pay (only availability of paytm )

U have to available option of other sources of payments

(4) evenly your popcorn and coldrinks price more thn tickets price this totally cheat with us ……..being brand value this totally cheat with us

Above incidents broke our trust and I felt totally disappointed with your strategy to earn money .

Writing this feeling bad but yeah i dont think so i will come to your cinema again.

Better thn i will go another option of cinema where food price are reasonable, get many other options of payments and yeah there employees supportive and provide best services

Highly disappointed and, yeah i wil make sure from my contact person and in my group no one will come in your cinema.

I am watching movie at Inox GT central, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, rajasthan.
There is no proper ventilation.
We are all sweating.

I had booked three tickets for the movie call RRR at first the money was debited about 618rs but tickets were not booked after some time it says server timed out and the money was debited please help me

I was booking 2 tickets through the inox app today at 13.24 for Inox Kolkata Quest through my debit card, and at the end the booking failed, yet my money got debited .
I then received an sms with debit charges but no confirmation of ticket received, i then visited the theatre to complaint about the same, where is was told by the manager that the money will be automatically returned, and for fresh tickets i will have to pay and book again, so at 15.22 i booked new tickets in cash for which i received a confirmation.
I am sharing the debit details along with the second booking confirmation and would request the authority to kindly refund my debited amount of 1489 asap.

Hi, i was trying to book 3 movie tickets for RRR Tamil movie at Inox, Madurai. I tried two times but both the attempts failed but money was deducted from ICICI credit card. I request you to look into this issue and refund my money back.

I have booked 4 tickets for RRR movie in Inox Quest mall 33, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Beck Bagan Row, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017 8pm show...the money got debited but ticket was not confirmed so I tried again the same thing happened. I attached the message about transaction..

Booked 5 tickets for RRR movie, citi centre for 7 pm show on 28th march 2022 along with combo 2 large popcorn, 2 small coke total rs 1432.70. The amount was credited from my account and didn’t receive any message from INOX regarding payment receipt or tickets.

I would like to revert back the payment to my account....

Matter for grave concern …..

I am currently watching movie the Kashmir files.

Notice almost 70% people inside the theater without mask and there is absolutely NO governance by INOX.

Only informing and putting up on the notice is something seems doesn’t work in our country as no one seems to be having a social responsibility and respect for others.

It is therefore governance is always required.

I am leaving the theater without watching the movie and I sincerely hope that INOX as entertainment provider also considers the safety of people was unseen today !!!

I booked 5 Movie ticket for 15/03/2022 on 14/03/2022 my booking id 82047
and tried to payment using upi through payment link provide by inox and then transaction failed and amount debited and then after 3 hours I retry for payment but again transaction failed and amount debited then payed through cash on theatre Raj Imperial varachha Surat.
but till date there is no any refund amount received in my account, I asked my bank about this but they also informed me that there is no any such amount is pending in your account and amount credited to inox.

Yesterday I was gone to Inox bhubaneswar for RRR at 3.50pm show . When in the interval I gone for washroom and what I feel is the washroom and toilet is very dirty and it smells very poor . The washroom are not clean that much and smells very bad . Phenyl are not using in that toilet and many peoples using that toilet too. It feels very bad . Be tame for that . Thank you

The screen no-4 in INOX Chitralaya jagadamba Visakhapatnam is not having ergonomic view for front two rows making customer neck pain.

The big prestigious company like INOX is not following standard design for ensuring its customers health.

It’s surprise and horrendous…..

I have booked tickets for RRR at Inox Insignia . My family had suffer worst experience of my movie time . Bunch of mosquitoes are bites us whole the time and no one is bothering for the same .
For this type of services you are charging so much amount .
I will escalate this issue to social media also and never recommend anyone for Inox .
Pathetic condition and no one is there for the solution .

A customer on D4 at RRR Show (3:45 pm)at Inox is constantly on video call. And is showing the movie. Leading to disturbance to everyone around the hall.

I ordered 2 tickets for Kashmir Files show of 2.40 pm 26 march 2022. The cashier gave 3 tickets and refused to refund it as it was his fault. Cashier's name was Manjeet Singh. He did not even help us. I would like a refund of 1 ticket.

Not giving my salary of 14 days in Inox Epicuria Nehru Place . I handed over my dress back to the unit . Now they are not responding up my phone calls of daily 20 +. My salary has been pending and hold since long time

I tried to book two tickets for RRR movie on Inox app, with snacks total amount of Rs 1048, while going to the payment gateway, i did payment by my UPI ID, the amount was debited from my account but tickets not booked yet, and they are not refunded my money back
