Today I visited INOX GT central Jaipur booked 2 tickets and went to enjoy movie Suryavanshi .
Excellent Multiplex but Employees are pathetic is hospitality .

Instance as follows
We ordered for Rs650 combo which includes 2 pepsi 2 popcorn and 2 samosa .
On the billing screen I saw some coupun applied by the person named Yatendra who was taking order mentioning combo rate as 620 and plus 30 Cadbury ... Than I asked for the bill .
He said please share your no. I did and he said you will recieve the message after movies end I said why it so ...
I asked for the bill again he said for 2 mins ...one more customer ordered for the same combo and he gave me the bill on my mobile instant ...

Also we asked for paper napkin to the staff atleast for the 10 times and than person named Gajendra gave us the paper napkin as gave us a look as if we have demand for a discount.
He made us waited for there for 5 mins just for a piece of paper .

Futher Add to it ...we have demand for cheese popcorn ... He gave us one cheese and one salted popcorn we have to know after reaching to our seats ... And than again we wen to the outlet to get the same changed .

Trust me guys service makes the multiplex experience good and you guys re charging for combo actually high which is pure buisness point taken but atleast if customer is ready to pay for it atleast serve and treat them nicely

Please spend some budget on Employees training as well.

You have lost 2 customer today we won't be visiting any INOX in future .

    Hi,
    Yesterday I have watched ETERNALS movie on dorabjee heritage mall, NIBM pune.
    Screen quality in this theater is worst so much dust on it I was hardly able to see the faces of characters and other things in movie this is 2nd time happened in same mall.Ita not matching to ticket price which is 360rs in theater.

      Dear sir,
      I have booked my inox at inox vaibhav amarpali circle, jaipur movie(eternals) on 05 nov 21 a total of 04 tickets.
      On reaching we were made to wait outside the Hall since the movie was already running.
      Aa soon as the movie got over, we were made to rush in without cleaning the hall And without sanitation which is a major violence of govt orders.
      On starting of the movie, the movies print was in bad state, no one was able to see anything., on making the complaint, the ouner threatened us either shut your mouth and just sit back or he will throw us out of the hall.
      The sitting conditions were in pathatic state with brocken chairs, foul smell, torn curtains and footmat.
      The same was told to the manager but instead of ractifying it, he treated us in return.
      Due to bad quality of screen when we told him to refund the money, he straight away refused.

      Dear inox, please send your rep to cheak the state and I want my refund back.

        This complaint is regarding one of the inox leisure (Varun Inox) part in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. India.
        The washrooms are not maintained properly and they are unhygienic. I do have all the pictures and videos that are captured and will certainly email as I am unable to add them in the attachments.

                    Went to doctor movie to Chandra metro mall on Sunday, oct 17, 2021 3:55pm show.
                    The intermission was at 5:15pm and went to the counter to get a bottle of water. There was 3 intermissions at the same time. Hence thrice the amount of queue. Only 2 tills to manage the crowd. Till 5:45pm still in the queue and the movie started. This is the worst management and employee experience I’ve ever had. Can’t you guys plan a proper till management. 100 people for 2 counters ?? Very upset. I went and asked can u give me a bottle of water, your employee response was “we have only two counters”. Then my family -asked cant u keep one more counter? And they don’t even open their mouths to respond and continue working like stones. Worst!!!

                          I have tried to book a ticket in Inox Coimbatore. The ticket rs is 60. The agent has insulted me and he told me to stay away from the queue. He told me that there is no time for him to check. I was insulted in front of my family. I was very upset.

                          This is the way INOX treat the customers?? INOX is losing the trust.

                          It was the worst customer service, I have ever faced.

                              Regarding camera inside hall

                              Hi,
                              I wanted to ask if you guys install camera inside the hall because while I was watching movie in your lucknow branch, I saw blink from some device. Please let me know if there are cameras installed apart from the foyer and exit area. If it's installed, shouldn't it be known to the audience that they're under surveillance...

                              We have booked tickets for Fast and Furious 9 at C21 Inox Cinemas 7:05 pm show of 6th October 2021 but during show lights of the theatre didn't get off and we didn't get the pleasure of movie

                              When we go for complaint during interval and ask for complaint book denied for the same and even after the lights were during the whole show

                                    Today I got tickets for no time to die at inox jodhpur. When I reached the theatre the guard and the manager refused to allow my kid in the movie whereas there was no written order about it. Please refund me tickets money as well as please give me 10000 as compensation.

                                      Hi This Paras from Coimbatore Tamilnadu .We have booked ticket for No Time To Die movie today[protected].50 pm show @ Prozone Mall INOX. I have checked in with my backpack which contain my laptop and Lunch Box . In security they asked bag to open, I showed .He asked to take out my rain jacket from bag I did that too. He asked my lunch box to show I showed but he took that outside, shaking and checking whether is there any inside ... Everyone is watching us its so embracing ... While we asking he said this is our policy if you want support else not allowed . .. What's the rude staff..
