Hello I am sharath Prasath booked ticket for Aranmanai 3 at 8.50AM show in Arcot Road. There is no scanning happening for tickets at the entry. There is no screen number is message. I moved to a different screen and wasted 15 minutes movie time. Kindly take action against the manager...

I have tried to book a ticket in Inox Coimbatore. The ticket rs is 60. The agent has insulted me and he told me to stay away from the queue. He told me that there is no time for him to check. I was insulted in front of my family. I was very upset.

This is the way INOX treat the customers?? INOX is losing the trust.

I wanted to ask if you guys install camera inside the hall because while I was watching movie in your lucknow branch, I saw blink from some device. Please let me know if there are cameras installed apart from the foyer and exit area. If it's installed, shouldn't it be known to the audience that they're under surveillance...

We have booked tickets for Fast and Furious 9 at C21 Inox Cinemas 7:05 pm show of 6th October 2021 but during show lights of the theatre didn't get off and we didn't get the pleasure of movie

When we go for complaint during interval and ask for complaint book denied for the same and even after the lights were during the whole show

I have checked in with my backpack which contain my laptop and Lunch Box . In security they asked bag to open, I showed .He asked to take out my rain jacket from bag I did that too. We have a huge request. Release No Time To Die when the theatres open on 22nd October. Convince the Maharashtra government to allow it to release her like the other movies because they are too stubborn to release it here. We've been waiting for this for years. So please find a way to release No Time To Die here....

This is to bring to your notice that I tried booking tickets via inox website and made payment via gpay for the movie shang chi 5:15 pm show ok 25/09/2021. My money got deducted but tickets are not generated. Kindly look into the matter urgently....

It was a very bad experience as on 19th and 20th i watched movie fast n furious and shang chi..fistly it was very dissapointing that waahrooms were closed due maintanance work for both the days and on 20th i was amazed that on food counter Hot coffee, Cold Coffee, Cheese and caramel pop corns were not availabe..as it was showing the quote live the best movie experience...tha brand like inox made me dissapointed...i took my family to a washroom...

My entrance was denied due to the age rating of the movie I wasn't aware of the movie being rated A and I booked it online they weren't allowing my brothers who accompanied me and neither are they refunding my money that i paid for the movie. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'm not gonna watch a single movie in Inox I'm abundantly disappointed...

I am a customer of INOX MOVIES who wanted hassle free entertainment on a Sunday evening with my family, but for your staff/officials/management it turned into a frustrating evening!!
I went to INOX Forum Mall, Elgin Road, Kolkata today for a movie called Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, but I (along with other viewers) had to leave the hall midway through the movie.The video suddenly stopped, we waited for more...

I bought two tickets from the counter and they ask for add on food items and says that it is compulsory to buy with tickets, paid total 560 rs 260 for popcorn, even after paying i don't receive popcorn so i want my money back....
