I gave an order via the QR displayed on the movie screen yesterday (4:15 PM - BELLBOTTOM- SCREEN 2- SEAT A4, A6, A8- QUEST MALL KOLKATA - Rs 570) which l didn't receive.
Please refund my money.

This complaint refers to the [protected]@Marina Mall, their food & beverage system is unfair and they are not provided the clear cut information while we make a purchase, Intentionally they are selling the high cost beverages to customers. No clear details regarding food & beverages is posted in that area.

I and my girlfriend came to movie in PVR vega mall Bannerghatta banglore.one of the staff misbehaved with her and also blackmailed her and took money from her.we have all the proofs.please take appropriate action against him.his name is hrutikesh.movie show time 21st augest 2.30pm

Right now I watch .."Nobody" move in star mall ...15 August 2021..show time .6:00 pm.

Picture quality verry verry verry poor .

I came to vizag CMR theatre for watching timmarusu movie at screen3..Bad smell experienced through out movie watching..unbearable smell

Recently i watched movie mumbai saga firstly we had to tell them that movie has not started yet it was 20 minutes late secondly ac was not on i had to complaint 2-3 times and after an hour the ac started and that to was not satisfactory and the managers language was rude he was very arrogant

I have ordered food at the counter and it was not delivered till the movie completed and when I have came to counter to check.but the response from employees are very worst and not acceptable

Dear Sir, Bangalore RMZ Ticket No 1373109 dated 12 Apr 21 for Vakeel Saab Movie at Bangalore RMZ Galleria mall. Ordered pre purchase promo for refuel worth Rs 380/-. The same was not delivered and the reason being quoted as Miscommunication. It's horrible as it's my Kids Birthday today.
Worst experience being the first movie in Bangalore.

INOX Manger cheating me, intial he informed show canceld, now treating me if you sit 300 people will fight with you...i never seen this culture in Vinox..manager name:Mr.siva kumar

after sitting seat also they are sending bottom rows .this very injustice..300 tickets sold in black tickets..

Hello..we went to sultan movie at salem on Monday april 5 night show at 10.00pm the movie was stopped several times while watching and it took a huge time to get clear.first time before the interval and second time after the interval.This is not fair because it spoils our entire mood and even the time.so please take action regarding this issue.

I was surprised seeing some redlight near entrance of one of the screens. Is that true, i have heard from my friends also....

We had went for 10.40pm show in inox cmr central for move sultan (02/04/2021) we had a very bad experience with the inox management and inox staff are very rude to us.. its been 2nd time while I'm experiencing with the theater with no air conditioner in the middle and they are treating like stupids.. why are they charging money for the tickets with worst facilities.. please kindly take proper action on the management

Dear Sir / Madam, we went to a movie at INOX, NCS Mall, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh on 05.03.2021.
There was no display of price list of food items and for beverages. We ordered 2 Tea and 1 coffee ( GST invoice num 1077H12537) and to our surprise the bill was Rs.270/- The similar items in other movie theatres and malls costs hardly 20 to 30 rupees each.

This is simply robbery of people's money by not allowing outside food and drinking water and forcing us to buy at these rates.

INOX management needs to answer this and requested consumer forum to take proper action.

I am writing this letter due to a problem I encountered while attending a movie at your theater. Normally, minor inconveniences do not bother me, but I was surprised and disappointed to be treated with indifference bordering on hostility, especially since I have so few nights off for entertainment purposes.
I went to see the 12:30P.M. date-31/03/2021 showing of Roohi at your theater. When I arrived I found that there was a very long line to get tickets. I approached the counter where I found only one employee (named satyatendra as he told us) attending to customers. Two employees were simply standing there talking. I asked about why they give tickets first to girls who is behind me i wanna serve with first come first serve and was given a completely unhelpful, noncommittal response with abusive language. I was told to get back in line. No one came out to update the growing crowd of people as time went by, i reached to your manager umrao mall mr vineet as told by the security staff he's behavior was very rude and impolite after this issue me and my friends leave the mall without seeing the movie.
I feel that I made the effort to be informed and was not helped at all by the people paid to assist me. I wasted a half hour of my time in line and did not get to see the movie. I would respectfully ask that you look into your employees' behavior to ensure that this sort of problem does not happen again..

I have booked tickets of Godzilla vs Kong at 6:20 pm with INOX raguleela mall Vashi, Navi Mumbai. At the time of reach, we came to know there is Covid testing Ongoing for the entry of the mall. As I have not received any information about testing via any channel, I reached the mall 20 mins earlier, still did not get to reach the Inox at time. Hence, missed the show.
I request you to please take my matter to utmost priority and please refund the amount i.e.₹670.

The inox canteen didnt give us enough information about combo offer
The employe attitude is very difficult and rude to behave
He behaved recklessly we order one large popcorn worth 350 and coke 250
But we get to know the combo offer when other customer is ordering we asked him to replace the order but he behaved impolite

Sir tonight I gone to inox cinema telibagh lucknow for movie roohi.ticket price was 112 but they are taking price 262 by saying that they are giving food items like cold drink and popcorn .when I refuce to take they said that this item is compulsary with the ticket.I want to know why.

I'm from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh I went to your garden Galleria movie hall and asked for two tickets worth rupees 15o each but your ticket representative asked for the total bill amount of rupees 520. When I asked for the reason of this increased amount he said we included combo in your tickets I said that I don't want it but he said that it is compulsory to take combo with tickets even in the afternoon shows. This is completely unacceptable and this is completely a wrong behaviour of yours If I don't want to buy combo why are you forcefully including it in my bill. I will complaint it and will surely go to consumers court for this act of yours
