We went to watch Tiger 3 in Imax, R city mall in Mumbai. They played advertisement for 45 mins during the interval. How can they force us to watch advertisement even after paying 550 for each ticket?

    This is an extremely rude man in the theatre from the staff who is snatching phones from kids and not allowing them to enjoy the eras movie like true Taylor Swift fans . No standing ., no going near the screen he is rude and shouting at people majority of whom are young girls . This is not interfering with any of the other movie watchers and he is making so much of trouble with this.

    Inox should just not screen such movies if these kids of restrictions are there .

    This man's behaviour is unacceptable and absolutely horrible

    Sad that INOX denies to give the same experience that every one else is having for this movie - sad experience for all Taylor Swift fans

    Horrible staff absolutely disrespectful and did not wgt the brief for this movie at all

      I went to Inox cinema in DR world mall, near aai mata circle, surat. At counter they forcefully imposed a chocolate which I didn't want to purchase but they said that I had no option. They said it comes with the ticket. I wanted to purchase 3 tickets. I have a general idea that ticket price lie around 110 rs and I was not wrong I checked on bookmyshow and the ticket price was 112 rs. But that counter girl said I have to pay 411 rupees. For 3 tickets it should be around 112 *3=336 on book my show. I had to buy the ticket any way because she was giving me wrong information. She forcefully imposed a chocolate to me which they would be doing with every customer. I asked around to other guys who worked there and they were not talking nicely to me because of the issue I raised. Please do something inox.

        I regret to say this that INOX in jp nagar central mall is so bad in hygiene. We booked a 9 50 show for a movie LEO on 21st october 2023. We had a very bad experience as in the middle of show my friend got bit by a rat on his right index fingure.
        We also found cockroaches near drinking water. If this is not attended I make sure i take this to court. The whole experience was worst. My friend had to take TT and rabies injection.
        Take it seriously else the consciousness will be bad.

          No subtitles available for movies they showcase

          This is regarding the inconveniences caused at Inox Varun beach, Vishakhapatnam, die to lack of subtitles for the movies they showcase. I bought a ticket for Jawan, and was surprised when there were no subtitles. I have booked a ticket for leo and the Booking shows no subtitles for the move. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible...

                On 7 September 2023, out of screen 2 when I purchased popcorn via Gpay, the money was deducted from my side even showed the message of money deducted but that man named as Prasad he was in popcorn counter was behaved very rudely.. even with a lady he don't know how to talk.

                  Dear Sir Last Sunday on 27th August 2023, I went to Inox umrao mall Lucknow ticket window with my family at 1:00 PM for buying ticket of gadar 2 for showtime of 3:55 PM. Seats were avilable but the receptionist was pressuring me to buy combo popcorn pack. The tickets were around 840 rs and combo was about 650 rs total 1490 rs. I denied to buy combo popcorn and told her to give only movie tickets but she denied and receptionist did not sell only tickets without that forceful combo pack. I have to return back from Inox without watching movie. This was total anarchy and chaos and unwanted collection of fare in name of combo. My democratic rights were denied at Inox window I am informing you and registering a complaint to you. Please take action against my harassment at Inox. I will we happy.

                      We went yesterday to watch movie at trilium mall asr... When we came at eating outlet then prizes were quite high and accordingly the quality of eating material was very poor. If you are charging that much high then please atleast provide the quality of eating material accordingly... Thank you

                        Order placed for a coffee on 11AUG23 at INOX RMZ Galleria Mall.

                        Paid amount via PayTM but the order got cancelled from INOX end.

                        Amount of Rs 220 has been debited from my account and was supposed to be refunded with-in 24 hours but did happen even after 5 days now.

                        No response from INOX staff.

                            I went to movie for gadar 2 with my two friends on 12.8.2023 . The ticket price was Rs.380, total amount for three ticket was Rs. 1140 but the counter boy told me to paid Rs. 1240. After payment done I have not received any message from inox it effects my reward or points. During watching the movie I was not provided any food or cold drinks. After finish the movie I went counter and After long arguments counter boy returned Rs. 100. This is not the way to do like this with the movie lovers. We go to enjoy movie not for harassment by the inox employee, it was discussting, I need reward or points against Rs. 1140. Or if reward has been not provided by the inox please clarify on email [protected]@gmail.com.

                              Though it was mentioned that movie is with English subtitles it wasn't played throughout the second half for the movie Jailer Tamil

                                I had bought a ticket at INOX CMR Central Maddilapalem Vizag on 20th July 2023. Payment was successful but booking counter people were saying payment not done. I made this payment through Paytm payments bank. I contacted customer care at paytm there are like money was deducted please contact INOX for refund. Since then INOX staff was not at all responding properly about my refund.

                                  Recently visited Inox to watch the new movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani on Friday and had purchased popcorn for the unlimited refill Friday to Sunday offer but I was rejected the refill because my movie was over. As mentioned in the terms of the offer I can refill within four hours and I purchased the popcorn during interval so I should have gotten my refill. Really bad service, really bad experience, expected better service. Please reply back or I will share this on my public domain on Instagram with over 100k followers expecting better.

                                    Hello, this is Rhucha Bhobe from Goa. Recently visited Inox to watch the new movie Rocky Aur Rani ki Prem Kahani Movie and purchased the new Refill Offer Fri - Sun Offer Popcorn during the interval. Went to get refill after my movie got over but i was declined refill cause my movie was over. But it is mentioned no where in the terms that i cannot take refill after my movie is over. It is mention offer is valid for four hours and keeping in state that i purchased the popcorn during interval doesn't make it past 4 hours. Please give me a reply, i will not keep quiet and bring this to public's notice if not corrected. I am influencer on instagram with 100k+ followers. Please reply back. This is not the way to fool your customers. Expected better service. Disappointed.

                                      Varun Inox Visakhapatnam charged me a 20 Rs parking fee, even though I had bought a ticket for the movie. When I parked, they argued with me to pay the parking fee, even though I showed them my movie ticket at the mall.
