My residence is Halasuru Bangalore location on 17-Jan- 21 3.30pm i booked for MASTER tamil movie using INOX website and selected INOX Lido Halasuru as my multiplex theater as it is the nearest one.But the website wrongly re routed internally and booked ticket for me @INOX BROOKEFIELD location which is 15km from my location, and due to wrong and unauthorized booked i missed my show as planned.so i need refund of RS: 1034.52

We have received your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

To clear the part about the selection of theatre we would like to add that theatre selection is subject to you confirming the same by clicking the name of the theatre, show time and no. of tickets on our website. Same is true even if you choose to make any changes they would not be automatically input unless you select another theatre and click on confirmation.
We regret that as changes are not possible now after the booking is confirmed, our site has no error reported.
We would like to inform you that sale of tickets is guided by local laws including the entertainment tax act. Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once sold/ printed cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. The same is mentioned in the “Terms & Conditions” on our website which you have read and agreed upon, before completing your transaction.
We request that before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details as same cannot be changed once booked.

    Refund not received

    I booked 2 tickets on 20.11.2020 and paid through my sbi net banking account but due to night curfew impose by gujarat government the show was cancelled by inox, then they informed me that refund will be credited in my account in next 10 to 15 days, but after 15 days no any refund received in my account, so i contact them and they said that they already refund my amount and also sent details of refund, but till date there is no any refund...

    One year back i have booked 12 tickets i think but my money is debited but I am not received my tickets. Also i am contacting my bank they are said money is credited successfully to inox. After one year my money is not received my bank account. Inox executives are not correct answer my questions. See the attached proof of my account summary.

      On 15th march 2020, we went to watch english medium in zadeshwer inox bharuch, show was in screen 1, seat no a23-a30, show timing was 2130hrs. We pre booked two family combo. Samosa in combo supplied was stale and smelling. It was so bad that even though we were sitting in dark we could smell the foul smell coming out from samosa
      We immediately lodge our complent at food counter.
      This type of service was not accepted at inox. It was a very horrible experience. Please ensure this type of incident is not repeated and proper action to be taken against the culprit.
      Ensure quality is maintained as per the reputation of inox brand.

        I have go to watch Baghi3 movie in Inox theatre on 07march 2020 @3.55 PM show. but the staff of inox theatre Sapna Sangeeta Indore not allow food from outside for me little daughter, Is there any compulsion to take food from inside only ???

        Is there any law ??

        Today on Sunday 1 March i went to the Inox at riverside mall to watch subh mangal savdhan at 2:45 on and they refused to give me ticket without buying a combo of cold drink and popcorn !!This is not the way it's upto us if we want to buy popcorn and colddrink from you or not You can't force to buy your popcorn at sky high rates.
        Savings No XXXXXXXX68 debited with INR 506.97 towards TO POS:[protected]INOX LEISURE LTD CHENNAI IND: on 13-MAR-2020. This ticket amount cancelled due to my card problem. Please refund this amount

          I went to inox vaishali nagar, it was 9:45 to 12:45am show. I was enjoying my movie and at the end i found some sticky thing on my back. I touched it than i got to know it was chewing gum. It was too dark when i entered in the theater. It was very irresponsible behaviour by whole staff. There was only a few persons in the whole theater, this is so unhygienic. I told them about it and even don't know, whom person do the cleaning work.

            I have been visiting inox for the past 2 years.. Yesterdayi booked for the movie oh my kaduvulae for 6.50pm. I went with my dad mom and my bro.. The checking guy insulted my dad by saying that he has drunk.. It’s usual on sundays that everyone used to drink.. He was calm but they didn’t allow us.. I wish action should be taken about this.. And i would take it to the next step if no actions were taken regarding this further...

                  Today i watched ala vikuntapuram movie in inox gsm mall, madinaguda.in movie break time i requested food items in sales counter, he said 2 samosa 130, small pop corn 330. Even that one also i accepted and ordered. But he asking cash. While i am asking card swipe. He rejected order simply.

                  Finally he said if i pau cash, they will give snakes.

                  Its very bad experience. Please take necessary against of them

                    The oscar winning movie “joker” has been rereleased in india today, in every metro city it’s being shown in inox but not in siliguri!!! Why!! We are backdated or foolish ones because we live in a small town!!! Please do something so that we also can get the equal opportunity the metro cities’ residents are already enjoying, otherwise this discrimination is totally wrong.

                      Me shiv parihar and friend went to watch malang in inox cinemas in ti next mall, rnt marg, indore. We asked them to allow outside food the gate person said no. When asked to call their superiors he talked to me on phone n said we don’t allow outside food. And it is also written on the back of ticket. We are allowed to take as per new guideline i also mentioned this to him. To which he replied it is written on back of the ticket too. Please do resolve it. And also take strict action against this enterprise.

                      I saw 'Malang' movie in 'Insignia' at 'R City, Ghatkopar, on Screen 8, seat No A4, A5, A6. No blankets were provided except others. I request you to provide me 3 tickets worth RS. 600, in total, in lieu of the unsatisfactory services provided by you, though you have charged me 100% of the ticket charges, but in return I got poor services from you.

                        I lost my one plus bullet 2 wireless earphone in inox brooke field mall, aecs layout bengaluru on 7th feb. It was night show (9:40 show), screen 3, seat no 10 and i contacted multiple times if i they are able to find it but i didn't get any updates

                        Please look into issue as it is very expensive (6k).

                            Resently i go to inox theatre in kolkata and i saw a night vision camera installed inside the auditorium because i have seen a red dot appearing and then went off.. It was at the top corner.. Is it true?? If is it true then kindly justify since people who visit has their own privacy or else a signboard should be displayed stating that you are monitored under night vision camera......

                            Recently when i visited inox at coimbatore, i was asked to compulsorily purchase f&b combo else you can't purchase tickets. When i asked why (Cos it wasn't usual as i've watched many a times) they said during weekends f&b combo can't be ignored. If you don't wanna buy the combo, you can only choose only seats in the down row. This was so cheap. You really need to change this attitude at your premises inox

                              I keep visiting this inox at gsm mall, chandanagar, hyderabad on a regular basis... And i want to report this unacceptable behaviour of the staff at inox fud court, the details of which are shared below:
                              This fud court never ever sell the popcorn which is priced at 220 rs... They always claim that they do not serve this size... And insist the customers that they buy popcorn of 300rs bucket.. Most of the times the 220 popcorn is not displayed in the electronic menu and when customers complained about the same, it started getting displayed (I dont know how they manage to control the menu display).
                              This has happened to me and many other customers more than 5 times in the recent past (Last 3-4 months)...
                              Yesterday night (16th jan’2020), this happened again with one of the floor managers named kishore and he argued that he will not serve rs.220 popcorn to any o[censored]s... After an argument for 20 mins he finally got those small packs from somewhere and started serving us...
                              This is the worst kind of experience we face quite often with this fudcourt at inox gsm mall...
                              I dont think u can treat customers like # coz u own the fudcourt... We come to movies for relaxing and this kind of incidents are leading to mental stress for all o[censored]s... If this continues, we may have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum and with police...
                              U cannot treat us/customers like we owe u something... Kishore will be reported to the authorities...

                              Todayibooked a ticket they charged me ticket price 150 but on ticket price mention ₹100. When I asked him about why they overcharged me they told that you get a free combo with this ticket and when I denied I don't need this they told you have to take this.
                              Is this service you provide us?

                                I have booked my tickets on 19/01/2019 at 10:51 Am from [protected]@gmail.com but during I am going to watch the show got a information about one of relative who has cardiac arrest due to this I left the show and go to hospital.
                                I have mailed you at the same time but your team replied refund will not happen as I need to cancel the tickets prior to 3 hours ago.
                                I will really sad that INOX don't have humanity.
                                I request you to refund my money which is create a good faith & bond in our relation ship.
                                It's really sad that you guys don't have feelings with your valuable customer, we earn money throughout of our life but relationship can't.
                                I have booked the tickets in morning before 3 hours but due to my family member critical health don't able to come to inox, I have share this with you guys but you told me the rule and regulations...
                                Anyway I really serious about it and never use inox for watching movies...if you guys not feel the pain of your customer then it no means to carry forward this relationship.

                                    With refference to earlier communication "inox leisure / inoxmovies.com complaint status update [id: 2489559]"

                                    I remember speaking to you 2 months back where you told me to get back to urself if i see any issues at inox vizag

                                    Now i have waited for movie "sarileru neekuevaru" tickets to be released for 15/1/2020 for any inox vizag theatres.. It was realeased at 11 pm on 13/11/2020. Tried to book immediately for any show of 15/1/2020 though inox app, but tickets were displayed for first 4 rows only.. Was there ar varun inox, vizag ticket counter today (14/1/2010) at 8am and surprised to see that even they don't have tickets of back rows..

                                    I asked at counter about what's the other channel of buying tickets in inox theatres.. Hope you guys are going for brokerage... Integrity at stake in inox vizag..

                                    In such cases what's your channel of booking / selling tickets . Ashtonished to understand the difference between Inox and other class theatres .
