I keep visiting this inox at gsm mall, chandanagar, hyderabad on a regular basis... And i want to report this unacceptable behaviour of the staff at inox fud court, the details of which are shared below:
This fud court never ever sell the popcorn which is priced at 220 rs... They always claim that they do not serve this size... And insist the customers that they buy popcorn of 300rs bucket.. Most of the times the 220 popcorn is not displayed in the electronic menu and when customers complained about the same, it started getting displayed (I dont know how they manage to control the menu display).
This has happened to me and many other customers more than 5 times in the recent past (Last 3-4 months)...
Yesterday night (16th janâ2020), this happened again with one of the floor managers named kishore and he argued that he will not serve rs.220 popcorn to any o[censored]s... After an argument for 20 mins he finally got those small packs from somewhere and started serving us...
This is the worst kind of experience we face quite often with this fudcourt at inox gsm mall...
I dont think u can treat customers like # coz u own the fudcourt... We come to movies for relaxing and this kind of incidents are leading to mental stress for all o[censored]s... If this continues, we may have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum and with police...
U cannot treat us/customers like we owe u something... Kishore will be reported to the authorities...

To clear the part about the selection of theatre we would like to add that theatre selection is subject to you confirming the same by clicking the name of the theatre, show time and no. of tickets on our website. Same is true even if you choose to make any changes they would not be automatically input unless you select another theatre and click on confirmation.
We regret that as changes are not possible now after the booking is confirmed, our site has no error reported.
We would like to inform you that sale of tickets is guided by local laws including the entertainment tax act. Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once sold/ printed cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. The same is mentioned in the “Terms & Conditions” on our website which you have read and agreed upon, before completing your transaction.
We request that before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details as same cannot be changed once booked.
