electricity shut down for more than 30 minutes (and still counting) during the movie

Sudden shutdown of electricity during the cinema and there was no one to look into this.
Worse management and even worse customer service. When asked the authority about the same, gave unrealistic answers. Not at all recommend to go this cinema.
Pathetic ambience and pungent/unpleasant smell all over the cinema hall in fame tapadia - screen 2, cidco, aurangabad, maharashtra 431001.

subtitles not played even though mentioned in movie licence

I had watched a movie in inox, prozone mall coimbatore
Called thambi (Tamil with english subtitles) as mentioned in licence of movie.

When we ask the staff about that they didnt receive content for subtitles.
Its inox responsibility to get the content according to the licence.

Censor give the licence with sub titles because people like me can watch the movies

The local inox theatre in my city does not allow patrons to bring food and beverages into the hall this includes water bottles. Thus, forcing customers to buy water which has a massive price hike when compared to the price of bottled water outside the theatres. Though there are free water dispensers available the cleanliness and safety of it cannot be guaranteed, as it is just stored water and no water filter is attached....

I have been to inox, city center, siliguri
Sofa seats charged 230/- per seat for 4 seats a2345. On complaining about seats nothing was done infact the manager had a long argument with us. We adjusted in club seats b row. But instead of staff apologize they went for heated argument. And wasted the complete movie.
We as a family go to a movie hall for entertainment and fun..
The manager was so generous he went on arguing...

Attended a movie in pink sqaure inox... We had our interval... I wasnt allowed to go out of the theatre otherwise they wont allow me to re enter. I wanted to step out to smoke a cig but they didnt allow me to re enter... Is this a school that we need permission to enter exit... What a # brand... Never coming to this theatre or any other inox then i called their call centre number... I was replied that the office is closed told me to call...

regarding theatre maintenance

This is the second time i am facing the same problem.
I am giridhar karanam from mysore. I went to mall of mysore in mysore.
There is no proper maintenance of ac (Air conditioner). They turned it on at the starting of money and at the last.in between they stopped and let us to breathe the same air.
I never expected such poor service from inox. This made me not to go again....

The price at rk beach is 10-20 max
However the girl used a plastic glove so I thought at least it was hygienic

The person made belapuri with more chilly powder
5 RS muri or bhel may be 5 RS onion 3 Rs tomato 20
She never added palli or groundnut and coriander taste was horrible...

I am complaining about the combos that they add

Today we went for the morning show 9:15 at inox riverside mall lucknow. Online ticket showed 160 for 1 ticket. We couldn't get it online so we asked at the ticket counter and the total amount for 3 tickets that he told us was rs. 960. He told us its a combo price but we asked only for the tickets. He said they won't give only tickets as there are just 5 people to watch the movie, so if we want to watch the movie we will have to take the combo...

amount debited for ticket but booking not confirmed

The amount 2094.88 got debited from my debit card (Via paytm).
However booking was not confirmed.
Tried calling their customer care at[protected], but received no response.

refund regarding movies

I have been waiting since 12 days for refund for cancelation of tickets... Not yet refunded. Booked tickets using inox app and canceled the tickets on 6th of october 2019. A dialogue box apeared saying you are eligible for 270 rs refund and it will be credited in 10 days... Not yet credited...
. Please kindly take it to concern and make the refund as soon as possible...
