    With refference to earlier communication "inox leisure / inoxmovies.com complaint status update [id: 2489559]"

    I remember speaking to you 2 months back where you told me to get back to urself if i see any issues at inox vizag

    Now i have waited for movie "sarileru neekuevaru" tickets to be released for 15/1/2020 for any inox vizag theatres.. It was realeased at 11 pm on 13/11/2020. Tried to book immediately for any show of 15/1/2020 though inox app, but tickets were displayed for first 4 rows only.. Was there ar varun inox, vizag ticket counter today (14/1/2010) at 8am and surprised to see that even they don't have tickets of back rows..

    I asked at counter about what's the other channel of buying tickets in inox theatres.. Hope you guys are going for brokerage... Integrity at stake in inox vizag..

    In such cases what's your channel of booking / selling tickets . Ashtonished to understand the difference between Inox and other class theatres .

      I m at inox liluah rd mall and the system that you give points but when we try to redeem ur man says system problem so i[censored] r unable to redeem it just dont harass us and its the second time so as far my knowledge says there is no problem just an act of neglegency and so far i was a very good and trusted customer of inox but from now onwards my view has changed.

        I was charged for the beverages addon forcefully.
        I was not informed for the addons on movie tickets. Later i asked for cancellation of beverages they refused to do so. I have not taken the delivery of the beverages. I would request you to provide me the refund of this transaction and take action for the same behavior of the company. Below is the attached photocopy of bill of beverages.

          I had gone for a movie in inox yesterday night. Since the movie was of late night, we thought of buying mc donalds burger from the same location where inox is situated (In a mall). The guard in the theatre stopped us and told us that its illegal to take outside food items inside inox premises. I had called the manager for the query and explained him that government has allowed outside food items to be brought in theatre. The manager said that its in other state but nit in goa. The rule should made mandatory for all theatres all over india. Unimaginable prices of popcorns at inr 450 for medium and inr 650 for large whereas the cost is just inr 50 outside theatre.
          Request you to tske strong action against inox porvorim (Mall de goa) for not letting atleast mall food to let in.

            Good evening,
            I'd visited inox, mysuru today located in mall of mysore to watch avane srimannarayan movie (Asn) at 02:15 pm booked via bookmyshow app (5 tickets, ticket no: tmahdqg).
            During the interval i bought a regular pop corn and two coffee (120/- rupees each). However after buying the coffee, i realized that the coffee was only half filled in both the cups out of which 1/4 cup was only the froth.
            I asked the vendor, however no satisfactory reply was rendered and she was not at all concerned.
            Kindly look into this matter as it should not happen to anyone else like it happened with me.

            This incident made me lose faith in the inox theatres.

              When i asked for second class ticket (Rs 63.73) at theatre (Inox @ the marina mall, chennai) ticket counter, you know the reply from them was "we won't sell second class tickets at ticket counter, you need to book only in online". I checked online for the tickets and all the second class tickets was blocked online. Then i took first class ticket from ticket counter and stepped into the theatre, trust me the whole theatre is empty except 4-5 people!!

              Then i went to the ticket counter immediately and asked the same to staff and the staff remains silent and said "sorry sir".

              Do this inox people think no body will question us or you guys doing this cheap business with political support?

              Why don't you sell second class tickets in ticket counter? Because you are loosing booking fare also?
              Why you are blocking second class tickets wantedly? You have a mind like, if we block second class tickets automatically people will buy first class tickets?

              Inox harassed us for more than 30 minutes with advertisements during interval.

              Selling food & beverages for too much.. Do the government set the fixed price for them?

              If theatres behaving like this, why should we come to theatres, instead we will subscribe to amazon prime/netflix/hot star only rs 999 each per annum we will have unlimited fun.

              May be we might watch new releases one month later.. That will never mind us...

                I lost my wallet in lepl inox patamata, within a minute i'm rushed back to hall my wallet is not there, just 50 people are occupied in hall, i don't have any doubt on the people those who are came to watch the movie, i suspected cleaning people are stolen my wallet, normal fellow think inox have a cameras they will catch easily, but only inside people know that they don't have cameras in hall and one more thing in my wallet 3000 cash was there, i complained to nearby police station and asked management about this they didn't care about this, im really pissed off with inox management

                  Hi,

                  We visited inox, panaji goa on the 1st jan2020, we were told we arent allowed trolley bags inside. The inox security (At the bag scan area) advised us to meet the gate security to deposit the bag there. To our surprise the gate security demanded a 100/- non refundable fee to keep that bag in their small cabin. It is such an unfortunate experience especially when it comes yo such a touristy place. The security and the staff were completely uncooperative and we (Gang of 10) returned without watching. Kindly resolve the issue and provide the basic necessity in any multiplex and stop looting the tourists.

                      I'm seating in the inox raipur (Ambuja mall) and watching the show of 28 december 1.15pm show and the interval is longer then 20 minutes. I find this really annoying and irritating for me and all of the people who are seating here. Please stop doing this kind of things. We are here to watch movie not advertising. Please kindly solve this issue because it is not the first time that i have seen this kind of thing it has happened earlier as well but this time it was not tolerable for me and for others

                      What the hell sir, there is no english dub version of star wars rise of Skywalker in Gorakhpur uttar pradesh. Or more so any Hollywood movie here even if when it is there it is at night 10 pm or 8pm . Many tourists, south Indian people who happen to be here is suffering.and all show time are dedicated to Hindi dub . It's not good.

                        I went to inox pink square mall at jaipur to buy two tickets and then they told me to buy combo meal along with that as this is compulsory. They said without that they won't allow me 2 tickets.
                        It's happened several times and even the manager don't resolve this and says it is according to rules and regulation of inox.
                        This is totally harassment on choice of consumer. How can you people force someone to buy a product along with the other one. This is so pathetic!

                        I have booked the show of 10:45am which was delayed by 20min and once started video stopped and then they are working on some problem and not able to start
                        We are in inox next TI indore at rnt marg and here it is very hot inside and ac is not working.

                          Heaters at trilium asr were not switched on which lead to such a cold atmosphere inside. And on being asked about it, the staff didnt gave a satisfactory answer and refused to switch it on. Since i had a 5 year baby along, i had to leave in between the picture. Such a bad experience at inox and it was not expected by you people. I want refund of my tickets.

The amount of rs 336 was deducted ftom my account but didnot got ticket confirmation message. Instead of that the app is showing me that no transactions were performed. This is really disappointing.                               Sudden shutdown of electricity during the cinema and there was no one to look into this.
                              Worse management and even worse customer service. When asked the authority about the same, gave unrealistic answers. Not at all recommend to go this cinema.
                              Pathetic ambience and pungent/unpleasant smell all over the cinema hall in fame tapadia - screen 2, cidco, aurangabad, maharashtra 431001.

                                subtitles not played even though mentioned in movie licence

                                I had watched a movie in inox, prozone mall coimbatore
                                Called thambi (Tamil with english subtitles) as mentioned in licence of movie.

                                When we ask the staff about that they didnt receive content for subtitles.
                                Its inox responsibility to get the content according to the licence.

                                Censor give the licence with sub titles because people like me can watch the movies

                                In cafeteria at inox vizianagaram... The personnel are not maintaining hygiene with out gloves with unhygienic hands they are serving us.. Very embarrassing experience. I asked him to wear the gloves but he is even reluctant to answer me also... Very arrogant and not fit for job.                                   The local inox theatre in my city does not allow patrons to bring food and beverages into the hall this includes water bottles. Thus, forcing customers to buy water which has a massive price hike when compared to the price of bottled water outside the theatres. Though there are free water dispensers available the cleanliness and safety of it cannot be guaranteed, as it is just stored water and no water filter is attached....

                                  I have been to inox, city center, siliguri
                                  Sofa seats charged 230/- per seat for 4 seats a2345. On complaining about seats nothing was done infact the manager had a long argument with us. We adjusted in club seats b row. But instead of staff apologize they went for heated argument. And wasted the complete movie.
                                  We as a family go to a movie hall for entertainment and fun..
                                  The manager was so generous he went on arguing even after exiting hall - he chased us to go and check the seats.
                                  I had a baby of 2 years but he was not letting us go as he was not ready to accept his fault and wasted our 20 minutes. At (1am) as movie got ended around 12:30...

                                  This is a very good hospitality fantastic
                                  Argue with client - spoil the movie - entertainment - just to satisfy your ego (Manager)..

                                    Attended a movie in pink sqaure inox... We had our interval... I wasnt allowed to go out of the theatre otherwise they wont allow me to re enter. I wanted to step out to smoke a cig but they didnt allow me to re enter... Is this a school that we need permission to enter exit... What a # brand... Never coming to this theatre or any other inox then i called their call centre number... I was replied that the office is closed told me to call next day...

                                    If you match movies of 2.5hour. Seven person comes and ask to purchase something how occured you feel. Thats realy irrigating
