Inox is charging inr 450 for each ticket on 2nd september in bangalore inox whitefield forum neighbour hood mall. When there are clear instructions from govt that prices not to be increased and these guys are charging bomb and minting money from middle class, however we have noticed that other places they are charging inr 280, but here they are charging 450 and there is one more insignia which costs inr 1200.br...

The manager at inox cinemas, chennai city centre complex just treated me like a beggar for exchanging a gift voucher. For the wear and tear damage in the voucher, he did not accept it and told its like a cash and it has to be given to them safely without any scratches. The voucher is two months old and when asked him to accept it, he's asking me to redeem the voucher from where i received it. i asked him to show if those conditions are mentioned...

On wednesday me and my friends went to watch the movie at inox relience aurangabad. When we went at box office for purchesing the tickets the employe at the boxoffice forced us to take the combo with the tickets that we have purchased, altough we told them that we dont want to take combo but the guys were forceing us to take it, and they were arrogent. They were saying that the combo is included with the tickets and it is compulsory to take...

I have booked a ticket for 25 aug, show time 4.40pm at mansarovar
But book my show booked a ticket for 24 aug. Show time is same and place is also same
When i complain about the same, they told it is not our mistake.. Please contact to inox. And inox decline for the same.
I checked three time before i booked a show.
But it shows 25 but when i booked, i got a message for 24.
Then i asked them to transfer...

Yesterday (24.08.2019) 10pm i went to madurai city vishal de mal inox theater to watch a movie named "kennedy club". I visited the box office ticket counter and asked for the movie ticket which is 60rs. (Budget ticket). The counter person said that the budget ticket is sold out. Then i checked the tickets online. The first row on the movie is not sold out it was available online then why he said the first row was...

Recently on 15th aug 10.30 pm i went to a movie in varun inox at vizag which belongs to inox leisure ltd. I paid 640 rupees for 4 tickets which is 160 per ticket its not a problem. But in interval time i went to their outlet for having soft drink and popcorn, after seeing the bill i shocked, first thing i had not seen any price display in that particular area, they charged for a regular soft drink 180.00 plus tax and for pop corn 54 grams...

There were totally 5 ticket counters in Inox Prozone mall Coimbatore, but only two counters were in operation and we customers are waiting for so long which is making more frustration, also there is no air condition in ticket area which is making the customers more anger . Being a regular customer I got frustrated with today’s activity....

We at inox inorbit mall malad were not allowed to carry the food inside the theatre. The person was very rude to talk to us his name was devashish sarkar. We asked him if he is nt allowing us dan refund my money back of the ticket. Finally the matter was in the police station and dey have setting der also so at the end we lost to the power that dey have. Dey don't abide the rules of the govt....

I have complain about the sitting seat's some customer not seat properly in seat's nd recorded ur movie in theater's from mobile phone its not good for inox i complain here but no one solve that's y i complain to u i hope u gave better answer or solve complaint..

Yesterday i went with my family to inox multiplex in capital mall, misrod bhopal seat nos d 6-9.

At least 10-12 persons were making videos of movie mission mangal in screen 3 10:15 pm show.

I think it is illegal under copyright act to make pirated videos. There was no one from inox to tell them not to so. 3 guys just in front of me in e row 6-8 seat nos were making videos. I told them not to do so as it is...

Please do not allow childern below 5 yrs of age inside the therater as they keep on crying and talking loudly and doesn't let other people enjoy the movie. Please its a must stop it!! Inox having such good reputation n such things just makes it irritating! Or else there wont be any bad seeing the movie in the house or in the theater so kindly see to it. So will wait to see what step inox india take

I m staying in jamnagar. My request is most of the hollywood movies are screened in 3d formats but i would like to see the same in 2d. Instead of keeping all shows in 3d, why not give us option of atleast one show in 2d.
It is ok if maximum shows are in 3d but atleast give one option. Quality lost due to dark view on account of 3d formats is too much....

Seats are dirty, dusty. Difficult to breath due to dust and smell. Charging so much money and providing facilities like a b grade movie theatre. Pathetic. Will not recommend anyone to watch a movie here. Waste of money. Same amount of money is charged at pvr, cinepolis, etc. But condition to cinema hall in pvr/cinepolis or any other theatre is 10 times better. Feeling cheated. 260 per seat wasted....

I bought 2 tickets of movie ' jabriya jodi' of timing 12:40 pm on 14 august 2019 in inox omaxe, connaught place mall, greater noida. Ticket cost was 99 per i bought 2 nd give m card for payment nd after entering the pin the employee there say its not working so i complete my payment through cash but after reaching home i noticed the bank msg of 198rs.. Soo what should i do this is total fraud.....

I booked ticket for thaneer mathan dhinangal at inox virugambakkam, chennai through booking id tzatcun in bookmyshow.
In the film certification it was mentioned as "with english subtitle" but was not displayed and upon inquiry the manager informed it was not part of the content transferred to them.
Felt let down by the service. Need to see action at least for the future.

During interval i thought of buying coffee from your food counter, moment i was about to get up one of your staff walked towards me who was taking order inside movie theatre, i gave order and while he was taking order i asked him cost he said 140. I had all rs.500 and one rs50 so gave him one he asked for change so gave another 50 rs so that it will be easier...

By mistake i had booked 4 tickets for a movie on saturday instead of sunday and u went for that movie on sunday. It us only then that i realised. But nevertheless i purchased 4 tickets again on sunday at inox itself and watched the same movie.
