      I was informed through the inox website that i can cancel my movie ticket anytime before 3 hours of the showtime but now when i cancel my ticket in the website, the website isnt responding... I want to cancel my ticket and get my refund of 75 percent as promised by ur website
      Im completely eligible to cancel my ticket according to your cancellation policy...

      Please find attached receipt of reversal provided by sapphire inox situated at sector 83 gurgaon on 17th august amounting rs 1300. But the amount is not reversed in my credit card. I am attaching the reversal slip provided by cashier at inox window.

        Hi yesterday night my hubby and me went for movie (Night show) with baby while entering the entrance they asked to take ticket of 3years baby she already sleepy and we have informed she dnt sit separately and dont want seat but the denied forcefully we bought ticket same amount charged but our baby slept within 10 minutes in my laps... If we want another seat then we will take another ticket what is the big deal we know how our toddler comfortable i think multi complex are have another way to sell ticket.. Worst thing our mood spoiled

          I have booked 2 tickets using inox app for gang leader movie on 13th of september mistakenly instead of 15th september at varun inox, vizag.. So i cancelled those tickets which were booked on 13th... Can you please verify my refunding process.. I have already contacted your customer care.. They have said that the money was refunded...             A serious issue related to the butter used in sweet corn.. Inox in siliguri charge rs 100 for sweet corn but the butter used in the corn is a vegetable oil... This is a serious issue since inox is misleading people by using vegetable oil known as delicious butter in the sweet corn they serve... The same shall be informed to the food department to check all the ingredients used in the preparations of inox...

              On 17/09/2019 show timing 8:00 pm, address: crustal palm, 22 godam, jaipur, rajasthan movie name : dream girl, screen 1, seat no. C4, c5. I lost my cell phone in auditorium which i have checked through security cameras of the premises. And i am pretty sure the phone was with any of the cleaning staff who clean the premises after ending the show. I went there for security camera check and i thoroughly checked and i found that this mischief was done by cleaning staff.
              My cell phone is of nokia 6.1 plus, blue color, having vodafone network with the no. [protected].

                We were having a show of chhichhore movie at 10.30 pm at jaswant tuli mall, nagpur. The show was in screen 4. My seat no. Was c-21 & 22 booked through book my show. As soon as we got our seats & we settled down, my wife started itching on her arms. The moment she checked what it was she came to know that some insect has bitten her & seeing to the infected area area if was surely bitten by a spider or bugs. Her arm got totally red with a lot of swelling resultinh into unbearable pain & itching. After all this we need to leave the movie in between & visited a doctor so that the infection could be stopped from spreading. If this kind cleanliness would be kept by a brand like inox what else could be expected from others. Simply i just demand a refund of my movie ticket amount & the damaged with we have beared all the doctor expenses. We can share you the infected area picture & even the doctor prescriptions & bills. Kindly revert me as soon as possible to avoid any further complications & complains.

                  Yesterday i went to inox sector 83 gurgaon in audi 1 and seat no h-18 10:45 pm show here i forgot my kungix earbuds black colour but they are denying that it is not there of which i am sure are lying. They are not ready to co-orperate with us. I reached the place early morning but they are not even checking the camera and not even trying co-orperate with us.                   Drinking water tap in Inox, inorbit mall Malad West takes a lot of time to turn off. When you effectively take one glass of water one glass of water gets waste in the process. Please take care of it.

                    night vision cctv camera installed in inox lucknow theatre

                    I would like to know if the inox theatre has a night vision camera installed inside the auditorium because i have seen a red dot appearing and then went off. It was at the top corner. Is it true?
                    Kindly justify, since people who visit has their own privacy or else a signboard should be displayed stating that you are monitored under night vision camera....

                    I went to watch a movie in pune ionox theatre screen 3 film sahoo.
                    I am forced to buy a snacks combo of rs 110 (I never drink cool drinks, or eat out, but forcefully taken amount for coco cola and some thing else). Apart from this service charge is collected without option (Mandatory).

                    This is against public interest and govt guidelines,
                    Kindly take necessary action and return the amount immediately.

                      Inox is charging inr 450 for each ticket on 2nd september in bangalore inox whitefield forum neighbour hood mall. When there are clear instructions from govt that prices not to be increased and these guys are charging bomb and minting money from middle class, however we have noticed that other places they are charging inr 280, but here they are charging 450 and there is one more insignia which costs inr 1200.

                      I would request you to take necessary action on this please.

                        The manager at inox cinemas, chennai city centre complex just treated me like a beggar for exchanging a gift voucher. For the wear and tear damage in the voucher, he did not accept it and told its like a cash and it has to be given to them safely without any scratches. The voucher is two months old and when asked him to accept it, he's asking me to redeem the voucher from where i received it. i asked him to show if those conditions are mentioned in the voucher, then he started shouting and asked me to do whatever i can and he won't redeem the voucher and throwed it on the counter desk. when asked if he's the owner for the theater, he said yes, do whatever you can. I have never seen a customer facing person treat ppl like this. I really want to know if he's the owner of inox cine plus . I definitely want to raise this to the higher ups. my id is [protected]@cpcl.co.in
                        Please help settle this. more than my voucher redemption, i want this guy to learn a lesson in terms of customer handling.

                          On wednesday me and my friends went to watch the movie at inox relience aurangabad. When we went at box office for purchesing the tickets the employe at the boxoffice forced us to take the combo with the tickets that we have purchased, altough we told them that we dont want to take combo but the guys were forceing us to take it, and they were arrogent. They were saying that the combo is included with the tickets and it is compulsory to take the combo. When we told that we dont want to take they refused to book out tickets, so we booked the tickets online. This is not happening for the first time it had happened second time continiously. So i accept this from you that next time when i go to the inox relience aurangabad this dont happens with us or with anyone else, so that we will not go to higher authority to complent about this.

                            I have booked a ticket for 25 aug, show time 4.40pm at mansarovar
                            But book my show booked a ticket for 24 aug. Show time is same and place is also same
                            When i complain about the same, they told it is not our mistake.. Please contact to inox. And inox decline for the same.
                            I checked three time before i booked a show.
                            But it shows 25 but when i booked, i got a message for 24.
                            Then i asked them to transfer my ticket for 25 or otherwise cancel it. They declined and talk rude..
                            They inox will not accept cancellation.. But it is mistake of them. They not are accepting.

                              Yesterday (24.08.2019) 10pm i went to madurai city vishal de mal inox theater to watch a movie named "kennedy club". I visited the box office ticket counter and asked for the movie ticket which is 60rs. (Budget ticket). The counter person said that the budget ticket is sold out. Then i checked the tickets online. The first row on the movie is not sold out it was available online then why he said the first row was sold out. Then i contacted the manager (Mr. Balaji) over phone he also said like the movie ticket for 60rs are sold out. Why they are lying??? Then i moved from there and booked a movie ticket for the same movie on same time i was shocked when 🤭💆🏼‍♂💆🏼‍♂😐👆🏽i checked it online because the first row of the screen 3 is available online but he said like seats are not available. When i entered the screen 3 at 10.20pm the first row one side was totally not booked but they said like this. I have attached the proof for the same. It was totally not booked. It was free on the entire full movie. (Money minded). Why they are cheating even the budget ticket is available and saying like it was sold out.

                              Kindly take necessary action on this.

                                Recently on 15th aug 10.30 pm i went to a movie in varun inox at vizag which belongs to inox leisure ltd. I paid 640 rupees for 4 tickets which is 160 per ticket its not a problem. But in interval time i went to their outlet for having soft drink and popcorn, after seeing the bill i shocked, first thing i had not seen any price display in that particular area, they charged for a regular soft drink 180.00 plus tax and for pop corn 54 grams small 180.00 plus tax total 380 rupees they charged from me it means almost 2.1/2 times extra than one ticket amount and 3 times more than market price. Please review and take necessary action on inox leisure ltd.

                                High Court contending that the parking fee collected by malls/ multiplexes and commercial establishments is illegal and against the basis of exempting them from municipal taxes. Further, it is also that the exorbitant parking fee leads to accidents as the visitors tend to park the vehicles outside the commercial establishments.

                                I enclosed the parking fees receipt recently i paid when i visited a inox multiplex for watching a movie. this is really ridicules corporate establishments like Inox leasure ltd collecting parking fees in the name of entry pass. which they suppose to provide free parking for visitor of the multiplex. this is breaking court orders and not obeying govt/court orders.

                                Hi, it was so disgusting to watch advertisements over 25 minutes while watching cinemas in theatres. Literally we forget the movie story and instead the continuation of what we left at intermission. So do understand the value of our money and logic behind watching the movie on screens at theatres.

                                  There were totally 5 ticket counters in Inox Prozone mall Coimbatore, but only two counters were in operation and we customers are waiting for so long which is making more frustration, also there is no air condition in ticket area which is making the customers more anger . Being a regular customer I got frustrated with today’s activity.

                                    I mr pundorikaksha bora, when booking my inox show on 11august 2019 at 5.50 lions king on online through sbi net banking they will book my seats and i get the transaction success messages and immediately bank debit my amount, but i not get any email for booking confirmation then i immediately call the front office of jorhat inox and details described the matter on telephone, then they informed me that your booking is not confirmed if you want then we booking it manually and your bebit transaction will be refund automatically within a week, but one week is over still no refund is made from inox site. Now what is the legal procedure i will take to refund my money... Kindly explain as early.

We request you to kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback.
