Yesterday we were at your bund garden premises, after returning from movie towards your parking premises, we noticed that of our persons helmet was robbed, we find it very unpleasant that a helmet attached to the bike was robbed and the reason for writing you is that the helmet costs around rs.5000/-, that was limited edition mt helmet and the scene which took place was painful. Inox being such a big venture and such things...

If some movie has an adult rating then movie theatres shouldn't be allowing children of any age below 18. I guess this is a clearly understood guidelines for all cinema halls. Despite that i found children in the movie hall watching kabir singh at inox, vadodara.
I urge the authorities to kindly look into the matter as it creates a lot of disturbance for other audience....

Yesterday i had terrific near to death experience in subject theater. During movie in kabir singh in audi 4, i had an urgent call to attend. There was exit door at the back side mentioning exit but there was no exit, i have entered the room where neither i had telephone network nor i couldn't return as gate didn't have handle on other side. I was trapped feeling suffocating in that lobby cum room. Why it was mentioned as exit when it wasn't....

This is to bring to your kind notice that i went to satyam mall's inox at rohtak to watch a movie and had the worst experience. There's no snychronized parking here, my car was stuck from all around and there's no one taking accountability for it. When asked for making an announcement, no one cooperated.
I spoke to the manager mr. Chetan and he denied to help.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible....

In movie kabir singh on ticket it was no where mentioned that children of 3 or below 3 years will not be allowed. Our child was not allowed so we were not able to see movie. We therefore want our refund of 2 tickets. Also children of 2.5 years were allowed with there parents. Although before booking ticket it is mentioned it is a rated. However it was not mentioned that small kids of 3 years will not be allowed. However children of 2.5 years...

Please take action against this things where a common who goes to watch the movie cant afford the cost of the snacs that a movie theater provides we the educated people are only feeling difficult to fight agianst those kind of things so please thing about the people who are unable to fight, so i gladly think that you will solve this problem soon .

I am asked to keep my umbrella with security and it is explained because is security reasons. I am not understanding the motive behind this. Umbrellas are even allowed in checking baggage and if required security can open and see it. It was dry and I was very much irritated with this non reasonable explanation. Me and my family was entering to Cinema hall after purchasing ticket in raipur city 36 mall raipur, I was been informed prior purchasing ticket that AC is not working, I just asked let me check how much. Hello sir I m riddhi kariya from rajkot. My complain is about ticket booking for first row it means A row. Last Friday I wish to book movie ticket in inox R word cinema which known as dharam cinema..when I book my ticket online there in no sit available in A row means first row.. but when we went for the movie A row is totally empty. And when I complain to the manager he said that A row is only for VIP person.. it is very amberancing to me.....

I booked two tickets for Xmen dark Phoenix in inox regalia mall bbsr. They did not allow us as the booking reference showed invalid. I had booked through Paytm. Screen 3 Godzilla 2. Date 7/6/19 . Five people are sitting on royal recliners and they did not actually buy royal recliners ticket and there is no one to check the tickets inside .
I believe it's a cheat with your consumer who is paying for royal recliners and then all of a sudden few people come and sit on royal recliners and they have the recliners ticket . Despite of informing the same to your staff no action was taken. ....

We went to see pm narendra modi at r16 inox, sector 16, gandhinagar at 9:45 pm show. They told that as number of audience is less you have to buy combo. We denied then he told it is compulsory. Why it is compulsory?? We askes him to call manager again he denied he said you can go upstairs and talk. But without tickets how we can enter?? We asked him to call him. Then he said we are nkt allowed to call when before 5 minutes he was using phone....

Oli booked tickets for de de pyaar de movie @taksh galaxy mall, waghodia road - vadodara at 10.15 pm 31st may.. I booked royal recliner seats but when i goes into theatre, i feel really, is it recliner seat???

I went to saw de de pyar de on 29/05/2019 on 7:30 pm at inox, sector-21, gandhinagar, gujarat. When i went to the counter & asked for tickets... He told me - i book your tickets but it is compulsory to buy a combo pack of pop corn and drink (About rs.140) with tickets. I denied to take but he said 'no sir, it is compulsory, as the show is empty due to other movie - pm narendra modi.
I want to ask, is it my fault that particular show...
