I booked tickets in lepl inox vijayawada for ismart shankar on saturday for 7 :20 pm show through book my show. The staff didn't allowed us for the movie because of our kids ages. It's ok for that because it's our mistake. The next day on sunday i went to the picture i saw that so many kids r watching the movie i showed the same to floor manager boppana chaitanya he has no answer for that. Why the staff of inox treating my kids and other kids differently. I want u to take action against this. Because of this discrimination we felt very bad about it. Please help us.

Yesterday i went to inox at greater noida in msx mall to watch a movie (The loin king) and had the worst experience, our seat no is f-17 to 21. It was pathetic moment in life
I have purchased one burger, papri chaat and one pieces of patties and taking 3coffees and 1 tea by paying ₹ 850/-. Quality of burger were very very poor and patties was rotten they were stale. Surprised to get such poor quality food at inox after paying exorbitant prices at monopoly place. Please take necessary actions and do needful... It's brand keep in mind ☺

Personal property at risk with the solution provided by the staff of garuda swagath inox. When the parking lots were filled (Though i doubt the truth of the same)
I was asked to park my car on a slope near the parking entrance/exit. When i questioned this i was abused by the staff and behaved badly
Kindly take action if not something big will happen and ur organisation will be held liable

Yesterday i watched super 30 at pink square mall, jaipur. It was a night show of 10:30. When i asked the charges he said 1 ticket for rs 230. I purchased 3 tickets. Whereas on the ticket it was mentioned rs 212. This movie was tax free as declared by the government but your officals are charging more than the written price. I am highly disappointed with inox. I hope you will look into the matter. I expect a refund from you.. It's illegal to charge more than mrp

While am booking tickets (2 tickets) online for the movie annabelle past sunday in inox city centre, chennai. My money got debited from the account simultaneously the booking got cancelled. I called to the customer care and complained about the issue twice but still the money has not been credited. So kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible...

This incidence happened at inox cienema hall at faridbad, haryana unfortunately we booked a ticket for movie ranbir singh dated 6th july 7.20 pm show, we being stopped by the security guards on same but at the same time one of my known person sitting inside with his minor child for which inox personnel not done any checks, when i bring same in notice of inox authorities they denied the fact and on which i complaint on 100 nos and inox personnel called some senior police resource and trying me to hide the matter and done abusive behaviour on this, there was no checks by the inox and request to take a serious step against inox.

Hello i wanna complaint about the theatre inox: royal heritage mall, pune. Which is not showing hindi shows of english movie, like in april avengers endgame was released, every theatre was having hindi shows but not this one, inox: royal heritage mall, not shows hindi not 3d and not in 2d also why are they doing this.
And now spider-man: far from home is release now also there is no hindi shows
I just wanna say that atleast provide 5 hindi shows in every inox theatre please you think about it.

I booked the tickets for kabir singh is was paid online, but when i reached there the staff said the screen in were we are going to sit, the ac of that screen was not working
And i asked for refund they said the money will be refunded back in 2 to 3 days its the 5 th day it is not refunded
Also they are not responding the call and the time they pick up they are like "ho jya g n bhai"
Please take some action or
I will contact lawsuit over the abnormal behaviour of your staff

Me and some of my college friends went to inox patel nagar for movie luka chuppi on 8th march. The receptionist there who give tickets asked us to keep the bags outside. When we asked the guard there to keep our bags he refused.
He directed us towards a small store. Aunty there charged us fifty rupees each bag for keeping our bags.

I've booked a online ticket today for article 15 movie. For some reasons, the show is cancelled by the inox authority. They are saying that online refund is being processed by the third party with whom you have booked the ticket.
I've talked to book my show but they are saying that there isn't any information is given to them regarding to this.
Do something for the refund as soon as possible.

I went to vishal de mal inox box office to get a movie ticket on 28.06.2019. For the movie named jiivi. (1.10pm) show.
I asked for the movie ticket which is rs. 60. On 12.30pm. He refused to give me the ticket which is rs.60. He said only 177rs ticket only available with popcorn. After some time i came again and asked for the ticket then only he gave the rs60 ticket. The ticket counter person name is gnanasekaran. He was in the counter on 12.45pm (28.06.2019).
He said like he can't provide the 60rs ticket. I got anger and asked him again then only he provided the ticket. Why the hell he is cheating me.

He is having the ticket 60rs ticket and refusing me. Whats the reason?

So please kindly take a severe action against him. And please don't allow him again in the box office counter.

I have come with my husband to watch "kabir singh" show time 10.15,
We were allotted d 1& 2 and with the immense concern i would like to mention the seats were way to dirty and in rotten condition..
We understand about the busy scheduling of shows but i am sure that inox being such a brand cannot take such excuse and. Get away with it.
On complaining however we were given different seats but at the extreme end which is not giving a comfortable watch.
Experience is not upto the mark, we have been visiting i nox frequently but this experience deserves 1/10..

This is regarding experience at inox sunny trade centre atish market, jaipur. The encounter with your staff here is no less than a nightmare..
Horrible staff at ticket counter lokesh, he is least bothered to ask u which show timings tickets u want, how many tickets u want.. N on telling him his mistake he appeared to be in his own world talking n gossiping with other guy with him.. Despite having two ticket windows only one is kept open.. N other guy is just chatting and of no use... I m also utterly irritated as another guy just was trying to push into me on the ticket counter, and on telling him to stay away from me he said "aisa kya hua main koi* zabardasti * kar raha hoon kya apkey sath" this situation could have been avoided had there been a seprate queue for ladies... Kindly look into the matter.. I had approached the inox manager mr. Mohit and he said he qould look into the matter but i m not convinced... All in all i m super disgusted with the staff who have no manners to deal with clients n that doesnt suit the reputation of inox...

Yesterday we were at your bund garden premises, after returning from movie towards your parking premises, we noticed that of our persons helmet was robbed, we find it very unpleasant that a helmet attached to the bike was robbed and the reason for writing you is that the helmet costs around rs.5000/-, that was limited edition mt helmet and the scene which took place was painful. Inox being such a big venture and such things are taking place and inox has a reputation in pune due to this it will have a bad impression. It is our humble request to help us out otherwise we'll have to take some serious action because the thing which our person lost was not around 500-700 bucks it cost me around whole rs.5000/-.

If some movie has an adult rating then movie theatres shouldn't be allowing children of any age below 18. I guess this is a clearly understood guidelines for all cinema halls. Despite that i found children in the movie hall watching kabir singh at inox, vadodara.
I urge the authorities to kindly look into the matter as it creates a lot of disturbance for other audience.

Yesterday i had terrific near to death experience in subject theater. During movie in kabir singh in audi 4, i had an urgent call to attend. There was exit door at the back side mentioning exit but there was no exit, i have entered the room where neither i had telephone network nor i couldn't return as gate didn't have handle on other side. I was trapped feeling suffocating in that lobby cum room. Why it was mentioned as exit when it wasn't. If any heart patients had been there instead of me. He would have certainly had heart attack.
I urge you to take up with concern or in will take it forward.

Here today on 23.06.19 at 6.30pm i am with my wife and child at inox to watch movie kabir singh but due to a certificate staff has not allowed me with me child so i told to please let me talk or want to discusa the thing with incharge as i am a regular client from last 10 years, so staff name mr p. Venkatrao (Unit manager) and mr. Neeraj mishra (Executive operations) came and said that we will not allowed you, so i accepted this thing, but inox authority i want to let you know which is very serious thing for ypur fiture prospects also, the way they said to me in front of all the other customers is too much pathetic, just like i am like a criminal people looking at my face, and i really feel embarrassed as i am also a banker and my wife is a teacher and regulary i am also entertaining clients but this is not the way to talk to your customers as if you don, t take any action i, ll file a police complaint against inox indora square nagpur 440010 authority. Its a very serious thing which happens with me and my family, i am waithing your response if you will not take any action i, ll take my action.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i went to satyam mall's inox at rohtak to watch a movie and had the worst experience. There's no snychronized parking here, my car was stuck from all around and there's no one taking accountability for it. When asked for making an announcement, no one cooperated.
I spoke to the manager mr. Chetan and he denied to help.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

In movie kabir singh on ticket it was no where mentioned that children of 3 or below 3 years will not be allowed. Our child was not allowed so we were not able to see movie. We therefore want our refund of 2 tickets. Also children of 2.5 years were allowed with there parents. Although before booking ticket it is mentioned it is a rated. However it was not mentioned that small kids of 3 years will not be allowed. However children of 2.5 years was allowed... Next to my seat. When informed to authorities they said children of three years not allowed because they talked to us very politely & you are in complaining mode therefore children of 2.5 years are allowed. I want refund of 2 ticket along with the charges for wasting customer precious time. Also cctv footage of that show may be looked into & hughe penalty may be imposed on inox & booking company book my show

Please take action against this things where a common who goes to watch the movie cant afford the cost of the snacs that a movie theater provides we the educated people are only feeling difficult to fight agianst those kind of things so please thing about the people who are unable to fight, so i gladly think that you will solve this problem soon .
