I have booked a ticket of 12.15p. M. Show for raw on dtd. 06.04.2019 at inox bmc bhawani mall, bhubaneswar at 11.00 a. M. On the same day. However i was denied to enter inside the inox premises showing the reason for early entry. I was asked for the manager but he denied to come to attend the customer. This is very disappointing to receive such a behaviour from such a big company. It should have been mentioned some where dat u ll only be allowed before half an hour.

    I went to watch kesari last sunday in inox vadodara. The film is having two songs which inox removed due to late night show. Those two songs were main songs of movie. I came to know that those songs were present in the movie while to cut down the length inox deleted two songs and some scenes. I am really disappointed by this.

    Got the A seats yet smelled like piss..
    Couldn't sit even for a minute..
    Odour killed the movie.. I'd rather have a refund than sitting in the movie seat..
    Why captain marvel is not unavailable in hindi at inox dhanbad...what will public do???? In all the other theater this movie is available in hindi...

      I watched the tamil film airaa at 6:50 pm (30/03/2019) screened in inox cinemas, citi centre, rk salai, chennai - tamil nadu. There were 4 people seated in the seats - e 15, 16, 17 and 18 (Screen 4). They behaved in an extremely obscene manner and passed objectifying comments on women referring to the lead actress. For me with a family audience, it was extremely awkward and intruded my time in the hall. When i confronted them and called in the duty manager, they did not provide much help instead asked me to write a complaint mail. Expecting a revert on this mail from you. The miscreant vehicle number is tn 06 3288. Expecting a fair investigation on this as that would reduce such misbehaviour in public places.

      3d glass of your cinema using in 3d movie are not up to the limit
      The glasses are to dirty and having big scratch not even sanitize
      In your cinema the seat are also dirty the seat cover quote srs cinema not innox cinema
      And the staff who giving the 3d glasses not behaving good
      Please consider all the above problem to improve the cinema

        increase age limit for tickets

        Hi,
        I have a complaint regarding inox forcing people to buy tickets for even a 3.5 year old child even though the child does not sit independtly on a seat.
        3 years is age bar set for purchase of tickets which is too less, as at this age many kids prefer sitting with parents.
        Ticket purchase should be based on independence of the child rather than age.

          I booked 4 tickets via paytm booking id tmatjn6 for the show of kesari at inox cinema janak place delhi. During the whole duration of movie ac did not work which we complained about to the concerned person but he said there is some fault since morning. Then why the shows are being run despite of such inconvenience and being charged huge amount in the name of customer service.. Kindly refund the amount as we were not able to watch the movie. We have also registered the complaint at the theatre with ticket no.. Hope problem will be resolved soon.

            Today i had a show in inox ghatkopar rcity mall at 8.25 for the movie badla in screen 4 seat a5 (Royal recliner). I was soo upset to know that the recliner seat werent working.. This is my 2nd experience with inox rcity where the seats arnt working.. Whats the use of spending so much on a ticket when you cant enjoy the experience.
            I am so upset and would never watch a movie with inox again.

            The aircondition is not started while we are watching the movie also there is no one here to take care for this which leads to unsatisfaxtion with the inox services.

              Dear sir,
              I am writing this complain and i have made similar complains in past but there is no improvement or no one has taken my issue seriously at inox bharuch.
              Today photograph movie released in india but as expected has not been released in bharuch inox. We have total 3 inox properties in bharuch at different locations. Atleast they have made an arrangement for 1 or 2 shows at any of their properties. Seems like manager here at bharuch has different ideas about our choice of movies. And we dont get to see many of such movies here in bharuch instead of that we have to travel to baroda or surat to watch movies. We have personally made requests many times to release movies here in bharuch but they are very ignorant about our requests. I don’t understand onething here when they can release south indian movies regional language here despite such law number of audience why can’t they arrange shows for movies like photograph. I am really disappointed with inox management here in bharuch.

                I had booked 10 tickets for movie.. At the counter the lady komal parmar told me that it was compulsory to buy a combo of 100 rs along with tickets.. I had seen many movies there so i told her that how can you make it compulsory.. So she told me that she cannot do anything.. She is only an employee.. They r just following orders from company.. I was very late.. So i paid her.. After that i got to know that they r doing such practice since last 2 months.. My friend has talked to their manager also.. But the thing has not changed... When i met her after movie.. She totaly changed her statment that.. It was not compulsory.. So it was a big fraud... To sell their combos.. With cheating... I want to ask that is it your policy to cheat costumers like this...? It was very disappointing...

                Air conditioning is always switched off in the late night shows.

                Any late night movie shows in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the air conditioning is always kept switched off and it gets really stuffy. Every time without fail. It gets really heated up and there is no reason . Also the issue is not resolved even after complaints

                  Inox rajkot (R world) forces customers to but rs 100 food combo compulsorily with each ticket of rs 95 for 9 am show of badla on 14/3/19. This is the 2nd time this has happened, first time was during a show of bumblebee in january 2019 where food combo was forced. Tickets given by staff named komal parmar who forced us to buy 5 food combos. She later refused to apologise and said she never said it was compulsory. This practice has been going on since 2 months since it also happened in the bumblebee show. A complaint was made in january to the manager during the bumblebee show still this is happening at rworld inox rajkot. When i went to raise a complaint 3 security guards on duty and komal parmar threatened me that they would raise a complaint against me. I have never faced such rude behaviour from staff at any place nor such open fraud. If such any thing keeps going on i will have no other choice than to go to consumer courts.

                  At the moment I'm in Malad's (Mumbai) Inox - your projection team is sleeping and the movie has stopped screening all of a sudden. Blank screen is being projected to the Audi - terrible experience, completely horrible. I will report this with videos and pictures and make everyone aware of your services.

                      Was under the impression that inox is one of leading multiplex brand in our country until i visited neelyug ghatkopar. Was abruptly denied two wheeler parking while four wheeler parking were allowed. The reason i got was parking full (While the guards were allowing four wheeler) on top of that seats are so unclean and washroom sink leaking. Customer satisfaction is the core objective of every business/service in today's era, whereas inox branch at neelyug ghatkopar have other plans for customers.

                        I had the notion till today morning that inox is a brand because of my past experience with inox, bund garden, pune during my eng. Days but little did i know inox is a cheap fraudster corporate unit which has even worse working staff and customer care for all you know,

                        Today morning i booked two tickets for captain marvel, inox pvs, meerut, 5:15 p. M. Show with booking no. T9are4x and pre booked meal also but when i arrived at the theatre approx. At 5 pm i asked for my meal and attendant told me they are busy so he noted my details and assured me that my food will be delivered to my seats in 10 mins and visiting twice and getting the same answer, i did not get my food and at 6:15 p. M. When i shouted at the canteen staff then some manager came, he also told me to wait but then i wanted my money back and after waiting for another 10 mins he delivered me with my money and my "" complimentary"" food. I refused to have that food and called you customer care service who assured me they will take action and i should wait and my movie got over and still no action.

                        P. S. - i have the recording of the customer executive and i am writing this mail only because of my satisfaction, and rest assured you will never have any business from my end and i know you people do not want my business and loyalty because you are fraud and i have very small quantum!!! You people not only ruined my movie but also my wife's evening as well.

                        You are fraud!!! Cheat!!! #!!!

One ticket was around ₹76, but the manager was asking to buy ₹250 combo, though we were not willing to take that combo but he was forcing me to buy that combo only.                             Location-inbox city center new town.
                            Movie - luka chupi.
                            Show time-8. P. M
                            Total show time 3hrs 08 mints including advertisement intervel etc. Actual run time according to duty manager mr. King sukh chakraborty was 2 hours 05 minuts. Excluding advertisement, intervel etc.
                            1st half is 1 hours and 5 minutes and 2nd half 1 hr. Actual movie started at around 8.25 and intervel at 9.05. That means they showed only 40 minuts in first half. And after interval movie started arround after 30 minuts and movie ended at10.30.
                            So mr. Kingsukh, duty manager got caught lying in 3 to 4 times and was very confused and scared when he cought red handed. Denied to hand over the copy of there show record sheet. When i asked about complain register, he said he don't have. He miss behaved with us including my wife and kept us waiting for 30 mi ute's with 2 small children.
                            Inbox have cut approximately 15 minuts.
                            They have not showed one song called. Ye kabar chapuado bazar me.

                            So basically they are cheating with public.
                            Please take strong action against them.

                              We just returned from inox r world rajkot after watching gujarati movie in screen 2 seat number d3-6. During interval, i have purchased two sandwiches and two pieces of samosa by paying ₹380/-. Quality of sandwiches (Two different types one charney and other corn) were very very poor and they were stale. Surprised to get such poor quality food at inox after paying exorbitant prices at monopoly place. Please take necessary actions and do needful.                                 I visited at ghatkopar east nilyog square inox multiplex today to watch movie ashi hi ashaqui show timing 2:15 pm. Show was started without national anthem and lights are on when i realized i informed on of the staff then after 5 mins lights got off.

                                Then in interval i visited at sandwich counter he don't have bread to serve sandwich having wide range of manus but no availability of stock of food. Not even. They only have veg momo's and french fries in other counter.
                                If you are not able to keep stock of food then why you are showing a verity of foot you have on menu card.

                                I need the solution for these both concerns.

                                  It's very irritating.. To be seated in inox..

                                  Giving bad experience with timings movie is supposed to be started @10.30 now it's 10.52 still advertisent is going..

                                  Are we here to see advertisements of course not..
                                  And we still know that advertising is source of income to theatres but it must be within a time.. Not approx 25 mins..

                                  Even I had experienced leaving a movie in between due to these kind of time management

I would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. Since this schedule is fixed for the entire week, during the week days it may seem to be a little longer interval as the turnaround time taken by the guests is relatively shorter when compared to weekends. Although the inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach, however, with the inclusion of movie trailers that add to the entertainment and excitement of the guests, and certain internal and statutory communication for the awareness and knowledge of the guests and society in general, the interval time may have appeared to be longer.

                                    Sir,
                                    Yesterday at nasik road inox multiplex screen 3, i visited to enjoy gully boy hindi movie, my ticket nos are[protected] tickets) show time was 10:45 pm with my family to enjoy some delight time, but there were group of people who were drunk and allowed to enter in the theatre by the concern staff/management/security staff of inox. This people were making nuisance sound and making vulgar comments very loudly while the movie was on, still the staff didn’t not took the notice and care of it and the whole time there was a nonsense going which created a unsecured and threatening environment. The staff ignored this things which a shameless part on inox standards.
                                    Such things is always happens in your theatre, i have personally experienced this second time, should i make a written complaint to the police commissioner nashik against you as you allow and entertain such anti-social elements in the theatre always, you are requested to do needful so that such thing will not happen in future in inox mulplex. You can observe the standards in cinemax at colleges road and city centre at nashik and see how one can freely enjoy the watching the movie in multiplex.
                                    Secondly seats are smells of bad orals and no one can seat their because of bad smells. Thanks.
