Address: INOX national virugambakkam

We came for movie por thozhil in Screen 2 inox national virugambakam. Ac was. It working during the movie .Many of costumers complaints against the AC problem . No resolution taken or compensation provided . As a customer we have paid the whole money for service but they didn’t provide the proper service . Please take action against consumer protection law

    Refund ticket amount for cinema

    Address: Brookefield Mall, 4th Floor, Kundalahalli Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037

    I have booked 2 tickets at inox brookefield mall kundalahalli on 10.06.2023 for movie "transformers rise of the beasts" for show at inox kolhapur on 10.06.2023 for 10.35 pm show. Amount of rs. 700 got deducted from my account when i did transaction using paytm scanner provided by the ticketing staff but on successful transaction i haven't received any ticket or confirmation.     I had successfully transacted my ticket amount to the INOX ELEMENTS MALL, Jaipur but they denied the payment and asked to do the payment for same again . I need my refund in any case.

      I went to Inox, kolkata, Forum Mall on 3rd June 2023, to watch 7pm movie show . I ordered for a cold drink 675 ml, for which I was charged Rs.328/- without tax.
      I was shocked to pay this such exorbitant amount.
      When 650 ml cold drink in open market is charged rs.35-Rs.40/-, how come Inox is charging Rs.328/-.
      This is absolute crime.
      Why is such huge difference in price?
      What is the difference amount for? Service?
      Please clarify.

        They are forcefully selling their popcorn with per ticket
        Saying that its compulsory to buy with 1 movies ticket {in offline mode}
        Not only happened with me but with many others
        Very disappointed and also filling a complaint against this if no action is taken against this.

          Hi,

          I have complaint about food not available at INOX Cinemas, Umrao Mall, Lucknow. I am always come to this cinema and every time i ask the caramel and cheese popcorn but the staff said its not available but online shows the caramel popcorn available.
          This is very intolerant behavior about the inox staff.
          If the popcorn is not available then why its shows online. I am totally fed up with the staff behavior they always denies.

              This information is given as the movie was supposed to start at 10.15 pn. And now it's 10.50 pm still the show is not started and i have a schedule for myself and it's upsetting me. As it will be delayed. I need my compensation

                Firstly, They dont listen to the order what customer says.
                Second- They dont recheck/re confirm the order.
                Third- only sungle counter is available although staff are available. They manager dont engage the work to staff accordingly.
                Fourth, even upon placing the order online, to skip the queue, they dont deliver the order at all. Horrible experience

                    Food id : 153602c. M. No. : 152311date[protected],   12:09:56 amplace : inox sattva necklace mall, kavadiguda, hyderabad 996331 - unw - paneer butter masala roll was not delivered with other food items. they promised to deliver on seat screen no - 1 i16, 17 (Booking id : tgaukec) other items were delivered  we ordered the item in intervals. so after the movie ended we asked the counter and they said we are sorry and there was miscommunication between the veg & non veg counters, but what was the use of ordering in interval? We wanted to complain about it but there was no manager and they just gave us a feedback book to write the complaint.  which was not acceptable from inox to do such things. 
                    Attached is the bill & complaint we wrote in the feedback book. please do the needful.

                          We paid Inox ₹690 for IB 71. Ticket was not booked at all. They told we have to pay ₹690 again. We paid it again. For a movie of cost ₹690 we paid double the amount. This is horrendous and not at all good. Unbelievable! I'm raising this over on Twitter and Instagram.

                            Hi,

                            I’ve visited INOX at Vizianagaram multiple times, where ever the occupancy is less, the air conditioning is either turned off or set to a very high temperature.

                            At the same location, the speakers are somehow disconnected and the sound only comes from behind the screen. Today it was funnier, It’s coming from the right side of the screen.

                            After the show we're forced to take the stairs. The same complaint was given earlier but nothing was done regarding the same.

                                First time went to Inox and the staff is so incompetent, I entered my movie at 4:30 which was starting at 4 pm, they took so much time in giving the ticket, the message came 15 mins later on my phone, we entered and they sent us to the wrong screen wasted more time and when I complained to the manager they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize! Totally disappointed worst experience ever

                                  There was no English subtitles for the movie "Custody (Telugu with English subtitles)" for 10:10PM show at Inox Centro, Mysore. I went to movie just because they told English subtitles was there but it never came on the screen.
