We paid Inox ₹690 for IB 71. Ticket was not booked at all. They told we have to pay ₹690 again. We paid it again. For a movie of cost ₹690 we paid double the amount. This is horrendous and not at all good. Unbelievable! I'm raising this over on Twitter and Instagram.

I’ve visited INOX at Vizianagaram multiple times, where ever the occupancy is less, the air conditioning is either turned off or set to a very high temperature.

At the same location, the speakers are somehow disconnected and the sound only comes from behind the screen. Today it was funnier, It’s coming from the right side of the screen.

After the show we're forced to take the stairs. The same complaint was given earlier but nothing was done regarding the same.

In Inox Jorhat IB 71 Show timing 1:50pm they had run the second part of the movie first and then they are running the first part of the movie.Kindly refund my full amount.Its a disaster.

First time went to Inox and the staff is so incompetent, I entered my movie at 4:30 which was starting at 4 pm, they took so much time in giving the ticket, the message came 15 mins later on my phone, we entered and they sent us to the wrong screen wasted more time and when I complained to the manager they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize! Totally disappointed worst experience ever

There was no English subtitles for the movie "Custody (Telugu with English subtitles)" for 10:10PM show at Inox Centro, Mysore. I went to movie just because they told English subtitles was there but it never came on the screen.

I am booked for 2018 Malayalam movie in Inox Shobha City, Thrissur Kerala. Its very bad that switching off AC even movie doesn't start due to technical issue. Now 23 minutes delayed

We went to watch Kerala story on 8th may with 4 adults and 1 kid 4years old at INoX udaipur.Firstly the cinema guard misbehaved us and then the owner of inox misbehaved very badly and abuses us for that 4 year kid is not allowed in that movie but he allowed rest of people with kid. we just asked to refund our ticket amount and those kid he allowed please disallow them also but he did not agreed on it although one of his staff regularly putting fake claims like we hit him. We booked ticket from that inox ticket counter only and they did not told us that kids are not allowed neither it’s there in movie poster

No AC is running in theatre during show 07 to 10 pm on 06 may 2023, Show of Kerala Story

Charged extra for ticket price for the movie Evil dead rise at Inox GSM Mall: Hyderabad on 6th May 2023. I have been charged Rs. 250 whereas in BookMyShow it was showing Rs.200

This is to intimate that INOX Odeon at Connaught place Delhi is not at all safe and especially so for females.

Strangers keep switching seats and peeking at your seats making anyone uncomfortable. There are no security guards outside the theatre who can handle such a nuisance.

Not only this the theatre does not have cameras to ensure that such people can be punished legally.

I have booked guardians of the galaxy vol. 3, 1:45pm show at Inox gvkone Banjara hills. However I have got 10:40 show ticket when asked at the counter they are denying the fact. I want my refund.

Hello, I booked a ticket for Movie PS 2 in Aurangabad .
The salesman had added the snacks and beverages without my consent and told me that it was a part of the ticket, but when later I checked, he added from his part without even asking me .
This is completely an unfair means of trade practice and thus I want my extra money as a part of refund.

I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment with the facilities provided at INOX CENTRO in Mysore. Recently, I visited your cinema hall to watch a movie with my friend who is physically handicapped. To my dismay, I noticed that there were no ramps provided for the disabled people at the entrance of the cinema hall.

As a person who cares for the rights of disabled people, I found this to be extremely disappointing. It is our moral and legal responsibility to ensure that all people, regardless of their physical ability, have equal access to public places like cinemas. By failing to provide ramps at your cinema hall, you are excluding an entire group of people from enjoying the experience of watching a movie in your theater.

I urge you to take immediate action to install ramps at the entrance of your cinema hall. This will not only help disabled people but also senior citizens and pregnant women who face difficulties climbing stairs. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that everyone can access your cinema hall without any difficulties.

Inox has employed bunch of liers in Garuda magrath mall in jayanagar, I was denied to purchase Coke Zero saying it was out of stock, where as 2 can were clearly visible in the fridge behind counter. Later they tried to hide the cans and were acting weird,

Promised 30 minutes of trailer but they show only 15 mints of trailer .asked thus about maanager but they make us wait 10 mints but they dont give any reason or explanation

We had purchased goods from same mall and we went to the Inox theatre, and like usual way we asked to keep our trolley in their custody but this time they had a rude attitude and disregard while speaking as if we where stolen something
