This is about PVR Inox Cinemas at GSM Mall, Miyapur Hyderabad.
This is to bring in to your notice that the Multiplex chain has been launched with INR 99/- food pack.
So even though the food court with same package are being displayed on their food courts, their staff's are still denying for their availability (team responding as asked offer being not valid, even though it was being displayed) which is not at all an expected service from their end. This will ultimately lead to their less margins even though on less fared products, from PVR's perspective.
So kindly make your food court team adhered to their service guidelines, which won't make some of their customers irritated going forward.
