On 28th sept 2017 me and my family gone for Golmal Again Movie in Kalyan Metero Mall ..shkw time was 7.45 pm...

Ticket was booked by our company with food vochers that included SAMOSA, SALTED POPCORN, SMALL PEPSI...

Samosa was cold with 3rd class quality... i just took single bilte and throw samosa under the seat..

i m getting better samosa on Road or Shop in 10 Rs with good quality...

i don't know why theatres charging 50 or 60 rs for samosa which don't hav any taste and qualtiy..

    I would like to lodged a complaint for not comfortable seat provided by inox theater, rajkot, me and my wife was in movie last wednesday, 25/10/2017 at theater no 1 seat no e-17 & e - 18

    We had realized that both of seats not reclining properly and not comfortable and during whole movie time we are felt too much uncomfortable

    So, you are requested to lodged my complaint and make us refund for our harassment

      I was booked my 4 seat (S) for golmaal again on fri. 20 oct, 2017 08:45pm
      At inox: seven seas mall, fatehgunj (Screen 2). Seat no. E16 to e19
      From it e19 seat was totally slippery & need to maintenance. At the moment i was complain to inox desk but till finish the movie nobody came to check/ repair that seat and i was seen the movie on broken seat with comfortless. I fully disappointed by inox service.

      I booked a ticket through window counter in jamnagar gujarat via icici coral debit card in which one on one movie ticket is free in a month. When I paid my complete amount was charged for 2 tickets and your booking assisant told that offer is not aplicable.plz check why this happened.
      In nagpur wardhaman nagar poonam mall inox here is the problem is that they are already booked the tickets oF all corner seats Itself and then They charged for combo for corner seats to customers this very bad service

        This is regarding the high price of the snacks available in inox rcity ghatkoper. I went for golmal again movie on saturday 21 oct. The popcorn, cold drink rates are very high and unfair. I wanted to order small coke and salty popcorn as i don’t want more but when i asked the person fro the same he said you need to take large coke and popcorn and it’s cost is rs 420 as they don’t have small coke but in display screen it's was showing the price for family combo is rs 420 which includes 2 small coke + 2 small popcorn + 2 samosas. If small coke was not available how they are selling it on family combo and the price for family combo and large coke and popcorn was same which is very unfair and the government should look into this seriously, these people are looting the consumer by selling them costlier snacks in their premises, which is very unfair.

        Also when i was booking the tickets for golmal again at 1:30 show it's was showing me the seats differently for rs 350 and rs370 so i have booked booked 4 seats of rs 370, it was very near to the screen and there is hardly any difference between 350 and 370 tickets. The display shown in online was totally different as it’s actually, someone should look into this. If someone is paying almost rs 400 for one ticket he or she is expecting the good seat.

        I got the below response from INOX, As per INox team whatever they are charging that is correct as per the quality they are maintaining ... I dont know whether they are making coke at INOX ...how can they charge Rs 420 for POP Corn and Coke. Very unfair ...

Prices of the food items are decided keeping in mind the cost involved in production, quality of ingredients used and taxes charged by government. MRP is mentioned on packaged items, we operate under the same norm hospitality industry where food pricing is dynamic depending on the quality and service. With respect to seat pricing same is dynamic and priced according to their proximity with the screen . The same is mentioned in layout and shown clearly in website as well as at POS in cinema .

          We won 9 coupons in family to see movies in rcity mall with my wife, kids, brother and father, reached 10.00sharp on counter took more time then expected due to mismanagement to encash coupons with missing 15/20mintes beginning movie of golmal3. 2) theater was fully empty, so kids were sitting as per their wish, agree u can not b rigid if theater is empty. However person named tushar lacks people skill with poor customer services had disputes for same. They threatened to call police for petty matters. I had pictures of their staff with whom disputes made and spoiled to see movie. Also male secuity was touching body for checking with scanner is not allowed to touch body. Hope to improve your people skill. Thank u.

            I went for the 10.15 pm show to watch "secret superstar" at inox jodhpur, at royal ansal plaza. 10 minutes after the movie began, i was rudely spoken to by a person on duty to show my ticket with his torch shining in my face whilst standing on my feet. When i told him, "ek minute hatna bhaiya", he replied, "arre ticket dikha apni"! I told him that i was educated and was sitting on our own 2 seats along with my minor child. He continued to shine the torch in my face and talk to me in a bellowing voice until i got up and shifted 2 seats to save further embarrassment to myself as everyone was looking at us. I was made to move for a couple with a daughter, because they wanted to sit towards the corner, when on my right in the same row the whole row was completely empty. This is the topmost row just below the projector. After another 30 minutes, a couple from the front moved back and sat down next to us. This is normal behavior at inox, in spite of repeated complaints to the duty manager nothing is done about it. Then to make matters worse the woman kept talking on the phone on speaker to her children who were crying. I called the manager, he came after 15 minutes, and when he did, both these couples ganged up on me and told the manager, "isko hatao yaha sae, pehlae to humari seat par beth gayi, fir inlogo sae aesae baat kar rahi hae jaisae iske baap ka cinema hall hae. The man then told me, ki tu ek muslim aurat hokar akeli raat ko kar kya rahi hae ghar ke bahar." reality:1)- i was sitting on my own 2 seats. 2)- i had told the 2nd couple to not talk on the phone. 3)-i am not muslim. The duty manager asked me to leave the hall but because of 2 gentlemen from mumbai who interfered the situation got handled amicably by my again having to move seats, this time 8 rows down. Is this why we pay money, to be shouted at, humiliated and insulted.. We don't go to teach etiquettes to people, this is the job of the manager and the duty staff to see to it that rules are being adhered to. I know many other people who have had a problem here as well. The place is definitely not safe for wimen to go to without a man. It's pathetic that a woman should get treated like this, especially by your staff. Yes, i'm fair and i wear kajal, and am often mistaken to be a muslim, and i don't mind; but, to tell me that as a muslim woman i should not be out at night, that too at an amir khan movie, based on a muslim woman, to be treated in this shabby and disgusting manner is shameful and pathetic. Kindly note this complaint against mr. Arya and the other staff who stood on my feet and made me move seats for the convenience of this couple for no reason at all.

              There is a person named hiteshkumar who was at ticket desk and when i presented the screenshot of the tickets to him. He started arguing that i need the sms confirmation otherwise i will not let you enter the premises. I have presented him the screenshot of the booking id of al the tickets but he denied all of them and asked for any other number. This was really very disgusting and irritating. May i know where is your condition listed of providing the sms confirmation? Kindly revert asap

I wana know why inox is avoiding hindi movies in madurai (Tn) on festival like diwali people of madurai are eagerly waited for hindi movie like golmaal again nd secret super star (Amir khan). inox madurai has 5 screen in every screen they are showing mersal. We just wanted even 1 scren nd 1 show per day thats enough but.. Better to avoid inox for future.. Thank you

                  We 5 members came but we got only 3 tickets, though there are only 7 people​ in queue for 12rs tickets. Even though 5 screens in active mode.in madurai vishal de maal. Staffs are speaking with irresponsibility. Customer service is worse. No proper response, they ask us to wait for 1 hour & we are left out with no tickets. We wanna know details regarding this. Is this good?

                    The volume is unbearable when advertisement are being shown - before the start of movie & during interval. Surprisingly the volume suddenly become extremely loud. This makes the sitting inside the theatre unbearable!! This discomfort is definitely not expected at least at inox. I am experiencing this issue since 2 years.

                    The good malayalam movies that come out are not coming to manipal inox these days but its showing mangalore and other places. Even if it shows in the comi8ng soon list..it is not releasing here.

                      I went to inox theatre, elements mall, ajmer road, jaipur today, to watch the movie newton. I ordered 1 cheese popcorn worth rs. 260. When the staff gave me popcorn they didn't tasted good. I paid for cheese popcorn and there was literally no cheese in it. I said them to put some extra cheese powder on popcorn. The guy to whom i said this took my popcorn to add the powder but then one other guy stopped him and said that according to their recipe only this much cheese powder should b added. I requested them so they took my popcorn, just to show me as if they are adding that powder, but actually they just fooled me, which i realised when i tasted the popcorn and there was no change in taste at all. I don't get it, why these people think as if we are asking for this stuff just for free, as if we haven't paid any money to ask for something. We come to your theatre to relax and watch movie, not to waste our hard earned money on your cheap techniques. I really request inox's authority either to change your staff and keep some people who can help the customer, or you can improve the quality of your product so from the next time customer don't have to ask for extra something. Very much disappointed by your services.

                        I am a regular movie watcher in inox and when it comes to food it it very expensive. The normal sized popron cost 180 rupees and you guys use ace-2 popcorn which comes a packet of 30-40 rupees,. This is unfair. People form middle class family can't afford it and also the quality is also not that supreme that you are charging so much. On weekends the rates are high you guys charge what you like. Do something on this issue

                          Dear sir/ mam

                          i have been to your cinema in vidyanagar, anand on 25th of september this morning for the movie (Bhoomi). I bought the tickets for the respective show which was scheduled at 11:35 am. There was some guy swami at the ticket window and he gave me two tickets with combo without asking me or my concern, when i refused to take any of the combo he said its compulsory n i have to pay for that too, the window staff (Swami) was really annoying and arguing. When i checked my tickets it said that the cost of the two tickests were 140₹ and he charged me 490₹, so, i had to pay 350₹ extra for the combo which i didn't even wanted and that is something really annoying for me. Please tell me what kind of compulsory offers are these which you are serving to your customers?? Please take some real action about it and make us feel comfortable.

                          I love your cinema and often go there with my friends and family. I hope you will take my complaint seriously.

                            I'm very well familiar with the new gst tax regime and know that the price of a cinema ticket is inclusive of the gst (Cgst+sgst), but whenever i book a movie ticket in the online booking platform for inox, i'm charged 30 rupees per ticket as booking charge, however that is not the issuse, the real issue is i'm being charged an extra cgst (@14%) and sgst (@14%) in addition to the above charges. This does not occur when i book movie tickets in other theatre online platforms. The customers are being cheated this way.

                            We are in receipt of your email and would like to clarify that there was Entertainment tax and service tax that guest used to pay Pre GST .In leiu of the Entertainment tax same is charged as GST value depending upon the ticket price (less than 100 18% GST and more than 100 per ticket is 28% GST ) .
                            You were paying a service charge separately for tickets sold online which is for convenience/ service which you continue to pay, however same is now as per new GST rules .
                            We charge a flat fee, unlike other aggregators and GST is applicable for the service given. Rules are same for all. On 3rd party aggregator, Tax is applicable (on paytm/ bms etc) @ 18% (9% sgst + 9% cgst) and on cinema website it may be higher based on ticket value sold .

                              I visited inox theatre in aurangabad, reliance mall on 15/09/2017 fot the show boyzz. The ticket was of 65₹ but the staff told me that that tickets are of 95₹ we have almost taken 15 tickets. The staff told that popcorn and cold drinks are compulsary combo. We all refused for the combo but thr staff name ramdas gaikwad. Told that u have to take it compulsary and pay per ticket for 95/- and told (Aap ko lena hi padenga) thn we went to. Themanager mr. Satish ghorpade was the worst experice in that theatre... He talked so rudely and he was not corporating and told us (Ki tumko jo karna hai karo) and went in... Thn further i was asking for the head of inox thetre unit manager mr deepak g... He was not there in the thetre and all stafff were telling to gooo and giving badwords... These 3 people in the theatre are makinf frodd with customer... And... And giving misguiding everyone abt this ticket and combos offer... And making every one to buy it compulsary... They are giving tickets of print 65/- and taking money of 95/- per tickets... So guyz be careful its not written anywhere that vombos are compulsary... So be aware... And fight for justice...

                              I went to inox raja park Jaipur to watch Newton on 23/09/2017 at 03:05 pm show. We had a pathetic experience. Royal tickets and local experience. Smelly [censored] theatre. You can actually hear another screen. So basically 2 movies at one time.

                                I visited inox theater in kanpur, z square on date 14/09/2017, morning show for baadshaho. The ticket charges were 90/- per person. We were two person but the employee asked for 360/- for two person. I asked how then inox employee told me that 180/- for tickets & 180/- for coke & pop corn. I said i do not need the coke & pop corn but she refused to return my money by saying that it is mandatory to purchase pop corn & cold drink along with your tickets as the ticket charges are low for morning show.
                                What is this, very bad experience with the inox cinemas.
                                Totally unhappy with the service.
                                I need my money back.

                                We are not objecting the price u charge on food at the refuel. But the quantity is very less and does not match to the price. The price of a coffee is rs120 which is rubbish where we r not even getting half a cup of coffee. I request u to look into the matter immediately.

                                  I went to inox tapadia aurangabad for the movie spiderman homecoming on 11 july at 4.30 show. I checked time n ticket price on bookmyshow thats 90₹ on working days. But when i reached at theatre to buy tickets by cash they said 150₹ with food combo which i didn't want. But they refused to give me tickets at 90₹ and they said otherwise you can book your tickets on online. They are making fool by charging extra at a name of offer which is very bad and cheap service. Didn't expect from inox

                                    I booked a ticket for my brother for it movie (In english which is rated a) and he is 17. I get it. He is matured enough though and has watched even much terrifying movies than that before. Actually he watched the same it in telugu a day before and wanted to watch the same in english. Credit to the security for not allowing him to watch it following the rules seriously and being dedicated. But the thing that got into my nerves is the guard's behavior when asked to consider my brother as exception as he is a degree student. The things he said are as follows.

                                    1. When my brother asked to refund the money, the guard is supposed to talk about the methods of claiming a refund. But instead, he asked my brother to sell it in what we call 'black' something which my brother is incapable of doing. It is really shame that a man who follows job rules seriously encourage the students in particular to involve in such activities.

                                    2. My brother tried showing a proof that he is a degree (Medical) student and was matured enough to watch the film. To which the guard cursed, "why in the world is the government giving a medical seat to a 17 year old?" dear reader, you tell me? Don't you find it insulting? Yes, of course! He is a prodigy and he might have got it after first attempt. Now i'm asking to the theater-staff straight.

                                    3. Fed up with the guard, my brother decided to complain the supervisor (Main person who handles the theater and staff sitting in his/her office) about the guard. But ran out of luck since there is no supervisor back then in the office. Kudos to your management, inox.

You know what, inox? You suck big time. And it's a shame that you, being india's one of the biggest theater companies proven to be incapable of talking to people in a polite and righteous way. All you are after is money, right? If not, then why is there no refund according to your guard?"

                                      I decided to watch english horror movie IT in inox.I was standing in queue, suddenly 6 juvenile asked me to buy the tickets for them also.I readily said ok as i have been doing same thing for each and every time.I ordered 10 tickets(6 those boys and 4 for my gang).When we were about to enter the theatre, the guard stopped 6 boys and asked them their id proof.It was due to the fact that IT was A certificate.I did'nt knew it neither those boys.I talked to the manager as i ordered the ticket and was most eldest at that time.He said we cannot let those boys pass nor we can refund the ticket.I told him that his staff gave me the tickets without asking my id and later guard did not let them enter.The manager asked his staff.The ##### and uneducated girl who gave me tickets said him that he asked my id and checked it.I told manager that i did not showed up the id to her but that guy was not ready to accept the mistake.I just freaked out and decided to complain about this crap.The manager was of inox cinemas, trilium mall, amritsar.Hit him up and ask him about this crap.File a complaint against him.Get an educated staff shady ######.

I told them why extra charge they said an offer is added... Of 1 cold drink nd 1 pop corn... Without that they won't give... Which i really not like... That's not fair... I asked them if i take ticket after 12 pm shows... Then this offer again add or not.. They said.. Not.. So... They are making fool by charging extra at a name of offer.. Which is very bad and cheap service... Which i never seen in audotrium history... Very bad...

                                        I had gone to watch a movie in inox, and i feel that they cheat all customers by applying wrong GST as well as additional tax.
