The volume is unbearable when advertisement are being shown - before the start of movie & during interval. Surprisingly the volume suddenly become extremely loud. This makes the sitting inside the theatre unbearable!! This discomfort is definitely not expected at least at inox. I am experiencing this issue since 2 years.

I am a regular movie watcher in inox and when it comes to food it it very expensive. The normal sized popron cost 180 rupees and you guys use ace-2 popcorn which comes a packet of 30-40 rupees,. I'm very well familiar with the new gst tax regime and know that the price of a cinema ticket is inclusive of the gst (Cgst+sgst), but whenever i book a movie ticket in the online booking platform for inox, i'm charged 30 rupees per ticket as booking charge, however that is not the issuse, the real issue is i'm being charged an extra cgst (@14%) and sgst (@14%) in addition to the above charges. Dear sir. Yesterday i happened to be at screen 1 of inox thrissur at sobha mall at 7 45 show. During the interval they were showing so many number of advertisements i felt like leaving the hall. Do you have any limit for showing advertisements?. We paid to you to see the movie. Not your advertisement. Please play it after the movie over. Other wise you specify how long your advertisement so that i can go out ad come back after your advertisement....

We went to watch a 10:30 pm show of subh mangal savdhan at inox shree rang palace, zadeshwar road, bharuch, gujarat 392001.
They refused to give tickets for the movie saying that there are only few people for the show so we will not run the show.
It was showing online till last minute.

I had a first day third day show in inox swabhumi on 25th august. My experience with the movie hall was pathetic. The air conditioner was not on. Since there were not many people in the hall, they were reluctant to switch the ac on. The hall was filled with mosquitoes and no action at all was taken to reduce them. I had tried to book a ticket on 28th july through citrus but failed. Two amounts of rs.332.00 (I. E. Rs.664.00) were deducted from my credit card in the evening on the same date. But due to unknown causes, the transactions failed. Citrus promised me to return the amount within four (4) days but hasn't done so yet.

Our 08:35 emoji movie today was ruined because of rats all over. Was watching along with wife and threee kids. Kids got terrified and rats spoiled our pizza. We purchase 5 tickets a 10 - 14.
