Money paid ticket not booked

I am hari.
I booked 4 tickets for Baahubali 2 in Tamil in your theatre at Chandra mall in Chennai.
The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket has not been received.

Kindly look into the issue and either make arrangements for me to receive the tickets or the money.

The payment was made through their payment gateway citrus payments.

Description:- i purchased 1litre kinley water bottle, when i asked the price to the counter person, he told me 50rs. I asked about the mrp & he showed me that on bottle it was printed mrp of 50rs.

There is definately different printing price for cinema purpose & not selling at same rate...

Proof:- i don't have a bill as i lost it. (Can be checked from billing counter)

Desirable resolution:- refund, penalty against not following law, confirmation that in future it will not take place again.

      Hi,

      This this the first time I never seen your ticket counter people responds. It's every every worst responds.

      I stand in the more than half an hour for ticket booking but he responds only for familiars faces. I have asked counter people your responds is properly but he said go any where and Raise the complaint about me.

      Out side counter people selling the tickets in black and much more rates.

      What the hell your team service, this the way your service people will not like your theater.

      I am working corporate office and we are buy a inox vouchers monthly basis now I want inform to Management to stop to buy tickets from you.

        I did booked for 3 tickets and used nearbuy voucher of 500 and paid extra 57.50 by my debit card but after booking i got messsage as i booked only 2 tickets. I can attach proof of confirmation i got in app after paying that amount. I did on 27th april 2017 for show on 30 april 2017 at 8:10 am. I didnt expect these gonna happen. Now i lost my 500 rupees voucher for just 2 tickets how can u solve this. Reply soon as it is this sunday

          Toilets in inox vizianagaram are unhygienic. Sensors o[censored]rinal flush not working. I felt bad for using unflushed toilets. If that flush system doesn't work, they should have provided with water bucket and mugs. Mosquitoes in side theatre troubled myself and my family a lot. We couldn't enjoy the movie mister of 10:10 pm show on 21 apr 17. Plz look in to​ that and maintain inox standards. Thanks

            Staff of inox mall de goa porvorim is tortured n told to sell their refule items focefully as the prices are so high nobody care to buy them. so y the hell are staff responsible and tortured for this ?? Its the HO who needs to be doing their job properly as they sit in their air conditioned office in remote location n the poor staff has to listen bad words of patrons. this is very sick game played by the inox team. non sense. this is not only the refule staff. all department staff is tortured in lot of ways.

              Yesterday I have gone for the movie begum jaan show timing was 10 pm and screen 1 and I am shocked by the Maintanance of the hall the seat number allotted to me was broken and the nearby all seats in such a worse condition and even more pathetic is the cleanliness so horribly maintained and filthy place .. bitten by so many mosquitos such a horrible experience will never ever go for Inox!!

                In mall of mysore 9.30 show fast and the furious 8 they didn't put AC at all after interval every person complaint to manager but he didn't solve the problem ...he call the police for his protection. .y would you hire this irresponsible persons...we paid 230 per ticket. ...it's not worth at all ...who gave you the permission to run the show without AC...he knows AC as problem. ..

                  There is a waiter name mahesh damodara in the inox theater of seven seas mall he came to me to take the order and i ordered 2 hot coffee and 1 popcorn of rs. 330 i gave him rs.340 he said he will return the change after some time because he didn't had that change after whole movie he didn't came and after the movie he said he returned it while serving and he was saying lie..

                    My kids have used my credit card for purchase of two movie (beauty n the beast) tickets of rs. 520 at inox garuda mall, Margate road, Bangalore. Each ticket costs rs. 260. But the staff has swiped my card twice n debuted rs. 1040 from my account. When my kids asked about it by showing the bank msg of debited amount .. they assured that they will refund in a week n which has nt yet done. Pls look in to this matter n do the needful....

                    I have purchased movie ticket on 02.04.2017 from Inox Rangoli Mall Belur for Rs. 420.00 through my Axisbank credit card no. [protected] at around 4.40 pm. Its a feature my Visa Signature credit card 25% cash back will be credited to my card if I purchase movie ticket from INOX . But till date the amount is not being reflected in my card account.
                    Now my Bank is giving reason that INOX counter is not using the machine linked with entertainment merchant hence I will not get the cash back.
                    How can it be possible as in my statement it is showing as "INOX LEISURE LTD" machine used for selling movie ticket is not linked with INOX brand name. From anywhere in previous days i did not face the issue, then why now??? Who will bear my cash back refund. Please look into the matter else will raise it to Consumer Forum.

                      I have complained about this earlier and the Inox movies have been really rude about their behaviour. They have repeatedly stated that they have no control over the movies that are screened here in Inox Siliguri but are repeatedly bringing B-grade movies like 'Machine' and 'Aa Gaya Hero' instead of movies from renowned directors like Vikramaditya Motwane's 'Trapped' that released last Friday.

                      That was about the Hindi movie. This is about the English movies. None of the good English movies like 'La La Land' or 'John Wick 2' or 'Lego Batman' arrived in Inox Siliguri. Reason? The distributors decide what movies come. How does the distributor know whether the movie is going to work before releasing the movie in Siliguri? It's amazing.

                      My only request is to create an online poll on their site or their Facebook site and let the people of Siliguri vote for which movie they should screen next Friday. If they're incapable of creating a poll on their website then their is a method of creating a poll status on Facebook. That will give an good idea about how many people want to see which movie. If the people still vote for B-grade movie, I promise to move out of Siliguri to a place where every kind of movie is screened and never complain about this again.

                      Chairs were not cleaned and cold drink was spilled all over the seat. It ruined my light colored jeans completely. On complaining the manangement (named Shekhar Singh) did not consider the issue with seriousness and instead laughed. It is a matter of huge shame for Inox Cinemas.

                        I watched Trapped on 22nd March, 8:30 show. But I was taken aback when a Punjabi movie Jindua was being shown. It was really disappointing. We went to complain and then after 5 minutes the matter was resolved. The response of the staff was also slow. The film started late because of this. I am really angry and might not prefer Inox in future.Moreover, there was no one in the theatre hall to check.

                              I started to notice this phenomenon when the Oscar nominated movie, The Revenant released in India. I was extremely excited to see it in the theatre but it released everywhere in India but it didn't come to Inox Siliguri.
                              The trend continued during the movies that came out in 2016. None of the Oscar nominated movies came to Inox Siliguri. I sent multiple requests to put up at least one show or one screen per day. One of their supervisors replied that I have to book the whole auditorium and apply for a special screening. I even agreed to that but then they didn't reply anymore.
                              Now tomorrow, 17th Feb 2017, is the India release of John Wick 2 and Lego Batman and it's everywhere around in India except Inox Siliguri.

                              I want this discrimination regarding the distribution of movies. If I a movie is being released worldwide and in every Inox, then it should be released in Inox Siliguri too or else what is the advantage of having an Inox? Bollywood movies come in the local theatres too at much lesser rates. It's the international releases which everyone eagerly waits for. So, please correspond with their supervisors and initiate the release of every international movie in Inox Siliguri too.

                              Now I am being asked to book an entire auditorium in order to watch a movie that the whole world is watching for the price of one ticket. On top of that, there is actually no such procedure on their site through which block booking can be done. This is just false advertising.

                              Still nothing. Probably they have blocked me from emailing them because now Inox movies don't respond to my e-mails.
                              Sir I visited ur theaters and asked for a good 3D glasses but here manager and staff are not cooperating and saying do whatever u want to but we won't change d glasses (glasses are not fine contains lots of scratches and screen is not properly visible)
                              Why you compulsate us to buy your costly food which is really worth around 50rs .? You are robbing your customers. Who you are to snatch our independence ? This is really a bad thing. Who ever want to buy from you let them buy, who really respect their hard earned money don't Rob from them.

                                Hi,

                                It is a very sad and horrible experience faced with INOX- Vashi and will ensure this message and experience of ours is been forecasted across.

                                This is to complain the incident faced today at 11.30pm IST- Bibuthuti Das the manager mentioned in clear language we "assume" age and if required ask for the ID proof below 18 and then let the people enter for the movie.

                                On checking some people that already entered ( named - Santosh, Tirth and 4 females) sitting were not been asked for their ID proofs and had my doubts on their age.

                                The entire concern being how can u assume age and not check for all who enter then and how can u " assume " age and decide who should be asked and who not.

                                Very sad to see how manager mentioned the security saying " don't let us enter in" even after we purchased 3 tickets

                                At the outset let me thank you for your feedback. It is important to get feedback from our guest on our services offered. This gives us a chance to make constructive and positive changes in our workplace.We have checked the details mentioned with our team. The movie that you had booked for was Rings and as you had a minor -17 years old we requested for age proof. The law states that a minor cannot be allowed entry for an adult movie and same is also mentioned online when a guest books a ticket. We did request you to change your choice of movie however same was not agreed. Hence Mr Bhibuti did not allow you to enter with the minor as that is in violation of law.

                                Trust this clarify's the complaint raised.

                                I was at inox inorbit mall, there was a power cut of more than 20 minutes that ruined the whole movie.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, i buyed tickets from Swabhumi Refuel Inox Leisure Ltd. Kolkata on 28th Jan 2017.
                                  I made the payment through my credit card, money got deducted but I did not received the tickets. Please work on this issue and refund me.
                                  The manager of the multiplex said your money will be reverted to your card within 48hrs but still now nothing happened.
                                  I am attaching the the ICICI Merchant Services receipt please find the enclosed attachment.
                                  Please work on this issue.
                                  Please refund me as soon as possible...

                                    This is to bring to your kind information that the movies screen at inox porvorim in mall de goa are always delayed by 15 to 30 minutes every time. One such occasion was recorded by me the details given herebelow:
                                    Ticket no 000345 to 348
                                    Date of show: 1/2/2017
                                    Time: 4:20 pm
                                    Seat nos: club e-13 to 16
                                    Ticket id: 436405 - b[protected]:22:31-u:87309
                                    The move was scheduled to start at 4:20 pm but it stated at 4:40 hrs,
                                    The interval was for another 30 minutes where it ran the advertisements continuously.
                                    Hence it would be highly appreciated if the movies are screed as per the schedule and the interval time may be reduced to five minutes in order to plan our schedule accordingly

The overall movie going presentation has evolved with ads and movie trailers being a part of the overall feature presentation. We would like to elucidate here that we design the interval schedule looking at the ideal time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.

                                    Let us assure you we are focused on guest-centric approach and we are extremely sensitive to the overall quality and experience that our guests have at our premises. Your feedback is duly noted.

                                    The person sitting in the rajarhat cc2 front boxoffice by behaviour he is very rude & i have asked him for seeing the seat row no. before booking the ticket, the person behaved me like a begger as like i'm purchasing in his kindness.
