There is a waiter name mahesh damodara in the inox theater of seven seas mall he came to me to take the order and i ordered 2 hot coffee and 1 popcorn of rs. 330 i gave him rs.340 he said he will return the change after some time because he didn't had that change after whole movie he didn't came and after the movie he said he returned it while serving and he was saying lie..
Shame to the authorities......

My kids have used my credit card for purchase of two movie (beauty n the beast) tickets of rs. 520 at inox garuda mall, Margate road, Bangalore. Each ticket costs rs. 260. But the staff has swiped my card twice n debuted rs. 1040 from my account. When my kids asked about it by showing the bank msg of debited amount .. they assured that they will refund in a week n which has nt yet done. Pls look in to this matter n do the needful....

I have purchased movie ticket on 02.04.2017 from Inox Rangoli Mall Belur for Rs. 420.00 through my Axisbank credit card no. [protected] at around 4.40 pm. Its a feature my Visa Signature credit card 25% cash back will be credited to my card if I purchase movie ticket from INOX . But till date the amount is not being reflected in my card account.
Now my Bank is giving reason that INOX counter is not using the machine linked with...

I have complained about this earlier and the Inox movies have been really rude about their behaviour. They have repeatedly stated that they have no control over the movies that are screened here in Inox Siliguri but are repeatedly bringing B-grade movies like 'Machine' and 'Aa Gaya Hero' instead of movies from renowned directors like Vikramaditya Motwane's 'Trapped' that released last Friday.

I watched Trapped on 22nd March, 8:30 show. But I was taken aback when a Punjabi movie Jindua was being shown. It was really disappointing. We went to complain and then after 5 minutes the matter was resolved. The response of the staff was also slow. The film started late because of this. I am really angry and might not prefer Inox in future.Moreover, there was no one in the theatre hall to check....

I went to watch Movie Badrinath ki dulhania.635 pm show at Inox Alhuwalia dated 13th march 2017.
I bought 1 plate of SAMOSAS .
IHave a bill also.
The samosas were having high content of salt.
I compalined and also asked for a complaint register.
The foood counter people did not provide register and not much helpful.

I and my family were at Ex- D9 to D12 at 6pm show at Dhanbad(Jharkhand) Inox
I booked for one small pop corn with cheese and two cups of tea. They supplied tea only but not the pop corn.

I started to notice this phenomenon when the Oscar nominated movie, The Revenant released in India. I was extremely excited to see it in the theatre but it released everywhere in India but it didn't come to Inox Siliguri.
The trend continued during the movies that came out in 2016. None of the Oscar nominated movies came to Inox Siliguri. I sent multiple requests to put up at least one show or one screen per day. One of their supervisors...

I made the payment through my credit card, money got deducted but I did not received the tickets. Please work on this issue and refund me.

I request the inox to either allow water with us in the theatres or provide proper water facility in the theatre. I went to watch Jolly LLB to Inox Vizianagaram. We were not allowed to take our water inside the theatre. Later when i went to fetch water to drink there were no glasses. Also there is only one water dispenser for three screens. And when i went to the counter to buy a 1litre water bottle which is supposed to be 20/- is being sold...

I frequently visit INOX Raghuleela, Kandivali to see movies. Recently the cinema hall was shut for nearly 6 months. I thought the same would be cleaned. renovated a little.

But bow since it has opened the place smells like an urinal. It is simply disgusting. When I complained to the Usher he brought a room freshener and sprayed it on me as he was disgusted. Kindly look into the cleanness . please make a surprise visit to this...

I booked 2 tickets Of Dangal movie at Inox Forum Mall At Elgin Road in Kolkata on 3/1/2017at 2:55pm through Paytm app.
After intermission one of Inox stuff approaches me asking me to show him tickets. I show him the email with the Qr code .
Then after few minutes another staff comes to me asking for same thing. Then again I show him, he contradicts me stupidly enough saying I have tickets for 2:55 pm show which I was watching...

I went for a movie at Inox, Jalgaon on 1st Jan 2017. The service at the ticket counter was worst. There was no proper queue outside the counter. Staff seemed to be inadequate. Also, there is no special machine for online booked tickets; which thus becomes time consuming. Staff of the food court of Inox is not at all co-operative. There were people consuming alcohol inside the theater and were also passing sleazy comments.I request an action...
