Dear Madam / Sir,

With reference to attached would like to inform you that undersign
with his other two friends went to watch Movie CITY LIGHT, 10:50 hours show at INOX
THAKUR MALL Dahisar
east Screen no. 4; seat no. A16, A17,
A18 o 2nd June, 2014.

While watching movie
undersigned got hurt by the metal wire which was behind the in front seat o[censored]ndersigned.
Due to that undersigned got bleeding scratches.

Also like to inform you that few
seats of the INOX THAKUR MALL has not properly maintained and taken care
properly which in result life threat for the movie spectator specially ladies
and Kids.

However on this regard we have complaint to the duty manger
Mr Akshya Bagul, against this incident. Although on my complaint Mr Bagul said
sorry to me, but his casual attitude not appropriate anyhow.

Thus undersigned request you to kindly look into the matter positively
and request you to kindly take strict action on the INOX management for this
unsafe life threaten maintenance of the movie hall so that this kind of
accident could not happen again.

I also request you to kindly let them to refund my money
back.

    I made a payment of Rs 609.89 through SBI netbanking but not received ticket after that on 16th April, 2014 at 08:43:38 pm to watch a movie Bhootnath Returns on 17th April, 2014 at 4:20 pm. I did not get any confirmation email or sms from Inox after payment. I received the sms from SBI that an amount of Rs 609.89 is deducted from my account to Inox account.       Hi, Its a bad experience in Inox Swabhumi, Kolkata that around most of the couples come to watch movies for doing sex. It has been seen many times that they used to do sexual activities in the hall, and sometimes it has been seen on below seats. It really disturbs other audience and their mind got diverted rather than watching movies. Its a shameful act inside the hall. Sometimes we people think whether we are in well renowed movie hall or in a private cabin or in a park where couples can openly do sexual activities. Very strange and hats off to the staff of Inox Swabhumi as well. No such supervision, rather they enjoyed watching their sexual activities. I would request to the senior authorities to maintain discipline and charge fine of some amount to those couples who will be caught doing sexual activities. Movie hall is a place of entertainment where people come and enjoyed the movie..not the place of privacy for doing sexual activities. Thanks.

      Yes. Very correct. Movie screens are public not for any privacy. I too have faced the same, as once I asked some senior officials about this to put action on this sexual acts done by the couples. I got a strange reply that you watch your movie and we shouldn't break their privacy. That means in public places, any kind of sexual act is allowed? in bus stands, roads, restaurants, movies etc?? Too strange and these Inox Swabhumi staffs are enjoying with this.

        I live in chennai, It is mandatory as per government rules to run the theatre with a special class of ticket i.e primere ticket( low cost ). but the time this cinema at Chandra Metro Mall, Virugambakkam, Arcot Road Chennai has come into existence, They have stopped selling the tickets of that category. Please look into the matter

          Force to buy full ticket for 3 year child

          As per attached photo i went for movie in inox, vadodara, located at ellorapark area with my wife and 3 year old child. when i bought two tickets they force to take full ticket for my 3 year old child who unable to understood or enjoyed movie, she was with us because she was child and we unable to left her alone at home. they are forcing me to buy another one ticket for kid or i could not enter inside movie hall also shown their impractical...

          I and my family members ,total 5 went to watch at inox gandhinagar vijauawada for movie title Greekuveerudu at 10.00pm at screen 1 .
          I purchased tickets through hdfc credit card ,the staff at the Booking counter has swiped twice and the amount of Rs.500 has been deducted twice from my credit card.
          I had call the theater staff and told the happenings ,they suggested to give a complaint through eticketing.co and I shall get my amount back of Rs.500.
          So immediately take the necessary action so that I get back my amount.

            Question: Why are we charge so much for food and beverages in any PVR/Inox or other cinema theatres.
            They should reduce the cost or should allow people to get their own food/beverages.
            A Large Pepsi costs Re.110/-
            a Nacho costs 140/-
            Etc.
            Is there no regulator who could control this?

            Food — Food in Fairs

            Dear Sir / Madam,
            It is a common sight to see food vendors selling food at more than the marked price in fairs.If enquired some reply, saying it is towards the electricity charges and some keep quiet.
            Recently, I bought a double scoop ice cream cone of Dineshaw priced at 50/ head, at Palace grounds Bangalore, the lady vendor was rude and arrogant.
            Other items like coffee, tea, dosas are priced at double the normal price.Tetra packs of juices are charged Rs 5/ -extra.
            If suitable action can be taken against such unscrupulous vendors, it would be nice.

            your observation is very valid. cinem complex, airport food stores, exhibition/fair food stalls charge hefty amount for food. in enquired with Competion comiision of india and they are willing to accept the complaint but not on behalf of individual. they have some fees (rs 5000) as well...

            I agree that PVR is selling food at very high cost (with no MRP ) in comparison to the market. We should run a strong campaign against this.

            Lets assume that charging high prices are still tolerated and ignored. The security guards doesn't even allow water bottles inside of theatre. This is seriously not human.

              I asked two ticket for Himatwala picture in Inox theater for morning show started at 8.55am. The boy at counter asked me 360 rupees and gave me the tickets. As we were late by 15 minutes, we ran to screen 1. The guard saw the ticket and said there are 4 ticket. Then I looked at the ticket and saw that it is 90 rupees per ticket and the counter boy had issued 4 ticket wrongly. I immediately ran to the counter and asked to return back 2 ticket. But he denied to do so and said it is not possible now. The duty manager of Inox Mr Tusar Majumdar didn't listen to me at all.

                charging money for 3D glasses and not returning the deposit amount on returning the glasses.

                was watching the 7 pm show of Any Body Can Dance at INOX Crystal Palm, Jaipur on 14th of Feb. This was a 3 D show. I had booked the tickets online and when I went to pick up the ticket right before the show, I was asked to pay Rs 50 deposit per ticket for the 3 D glasses. I of this rule, as many movie theater charge a certain amount for the 3D glasses which is returned to the customer once we return the glasses. This was my second 3D movie...

                Yesterday i tried to book tickets for Dabanng 2 from INOX e ticketing system. I booked three tickets using my debit card. Before the request gets completed, i received a java error page. They charged the amount but the tickets did not get booked. I request INOX to refund my amount ASAP. I used [protected]@yahoo.co.in as the guest user name to book the tickets.

                    We have booked 10 tickets online on website inoxmovies.com of Inox Panjim-Goa for film show 2.00 P.M.
                    film Dabangg Movie on 19-Sep-10 through my credit card HDFC Bank No. [protected], My card was dedected twice with Amount. 1140/- (for 6 Tickets) and Rs. 740/- ( for 4 Tickets). On show time booked tickets were not given to me by Inox Panjim.

                      On 1st October I booked tickets for my family (Mom,Dad and Sister) for Oh My God ! through BookMyShow for same day 10:30 PM Show in INOX Vadodara. I being online booking I had booking ID so got instant ticket print from auto ticket printing facility available at Box Office. Now my family went inside with ticket.While entry the security guard (main culprit) he snapped in two ticket with trick in his hand and my dad was not able to notice.They were allowed in ans sat on their seats. Now after 15 minutes dad realized he didn't received tickets from security guard so went to him to ask for tickets. That guard said its alright and assured that he would personally come to his place and return him tickets. After half an hour a drunk man came with those two tickets and claimed that those seat are his and he started hurling derogatory slangs to my parents. My parents felt embarrassed and called me.I ran over there with all proofs of my ticket booking and contacted On duty Operations Manager Sarabjeet (Spelling of name might be different). He said that he is sorry for incident and don't know it happened. My parent were embarrassed in whole crowd. Operation Manager told that he won't refund the ticket instead he provided next day tickets.He assured that there would be inquiry and even he would check CCTV footage and take necessary action. We felt that he would do it but later I came to know that INOX multiplex is notoriously famous for doing this. They trick snap tickets and sell in black. Now i feel this matter should be elevated and strict action should be taken against INOX. I am attaching the photo of my ticket booking. Also I have all proofs of online transaction and email/SMS from BookMyShow. I am sure CCTV footage would clearly tell what happened which is perfect proof for same. I doubt any action is still taken in this case. Also the man who got tickets by fraud was drunk (which is illegal in Gujarat) and same was confirmed by Operation Manager, he had no proof of purchase for same and he used derogatory slangs/foul language in public place. Strict Action/Inquiry should be taken in this case against INOX multiplex management.

                        I went to INOX with my family yesterday and faced a rude experience with the staff and Duty Manager, Mr Senthil ( On duty at 9.15pm, 18/09/2012 at INOX, Central Mall, J P Nagar). My 6 year old son is recovering from viral fever and hence all outside foods are not allowed for him. Hence we had taken a pack of Act II Popcorn with us which was restricted outside the premises itself even after explaining the child condition and reason for the same.

                        To our surprise and discontent, we had to purchase the same brand and size of Act II Popcorn from the INOX VENDOR inside at INR 210 ( 3 times the MRP). This is sheer cheating with the consumers and unfair Pricing tactics.

                        This should not be allowed under any statute.

                        Will also escalate the EXORBITANT PRICING POLICY of all products at INOX venue to the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Board and Consumer forum immediately. Request all to raise voice against UNFAIR PRICING POLICIES which is beyond the MRP ( 2-3 times of MRP!!!!)

                                I am mohan Shaw from Chennai. i have booked two ticket in Chennai inox for "naan e ''(6.50pm show) on 22th Jul 2012 through online booking but after successfully payment made ticket has come neither in my mail or in my mobile. Money is deducted from my a/c.the payment was made through idbi debit card powerd by master card.so, if there is any problem happen during booking then it is not my fault .

                                  I had booked tickets for Bol Bachan at Inox movies in Bangalore Central,JP nagar.I had booked three tickets on 1 July in the 1:50 PM show through the Inox site.The transaction took place and the amount of Rs.804 was withdrawn from our account which was confirmed by the Citibank.Kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    I travel to Belgaum from Mumbai and visited Inox multiplex as my family stays there.My last visit was some time ago in in Sep 2010 .When i came to know that Inox opened the door in Belgaum i was very happy.I went there to watch a English movie.I was greeted with very helpful staff.Also i was very happy when my child had cold the Manager named Rojer provided me with medicine and offered me doctors help.I was really pleased with the service.
                                    However my recent visit to Inox to watch Spider Man was pathetic the wash rooms were filthy and disgusting.when i asked to meet the Manager to give my feed back he had already left for the day.And when I asked for Rojer they informed me he had left the company instead i meet a different person in his place who was not even confident of talking to me.
                                    the pop corns were not of good quality also the burger.when i asked for refund I was said to send my feed back in a very very rude.
                                    I guess inox has to hire professional staff who can treat people properly also keep hygiene and sanitation as Inox Belgaum does not look any different then a Single screen theatre.
                                    I will never visit Inox belgaum again.

                                    I have had a similar experience on 10th April 2011 at INOX - Mantri Mall, Bangalore. The AC if switched on at all - was probably only in the initial part of the movie. I was sweating profusely - and went in and complained to the manager. I told them that they are probably switching off the AC to save on Power costs. The manager denied it and said that the AC was under the control of Mantri Mall - on my second complaint, they do have seemed to switch on the AC - but the theatre was already so hot, that I walked out of the movie before it ended I am examining the feasibility of a consumer forum complaint. It's a tragedy that a good brand goes out to rip-off its customers by cost cutting measures that actually cut into their brand value. Can't understand what kind of top management they have - they either must be having poor ethics or poor oversight or both ?? Our family for one will never to to a INOX theatre again. So far I haven't experienced this with PVR - but who knows? The one-off theatres in the past used to switch off the AC somewhere in the middle after the movie plot was well developed - and everyone was too engrossed in the movie to either notice the slow warming up of the theater and/or enjoying the movie too much to take a pause to go and complaint. And of course - most people do complaint in any event - and just quietly take the bad treatment dished out by these brands.
