I am Commandant Ravi..last night I booked 3 tickets for Bhediya Movie show at Raghuleela Mall Vashi Navi Mumbai for 2000 hrs and i received A19, A20 and A21 seat..i paid 990 for the tickets..as i was already late for the show the movie was started and there was pitch dark inside..when i went up to grab my seat..i saw A21 seat broken..as the movie was already started..i didn't wanted to create a scene..i went ahead with my family and watched...

At 8:50 I had called Inox about movie bookings but from Inox a employee spoke rudely to me.. so I am requesting Inox to take strict actions to that employee...

There are 3-5 movie theatres of INOX chain in Gandhinagar City, Gujarat. I often travel 50 km from my home to theater to great cinema going experience but since after the covid times the brightness of screens are as low as any android smartphones lowest resolution and if as a customer we complaint they say if you take seats in middle you dont have a issue. What is this logic. Many members of hall felt the same problem they should resolve...

Dear sir, I want to lodge a complaint regarding non allowing of simple chocolate which cost of Rs 20/- for my small daughter who is also accompanying me in the INOX stating that it is a food and beverage item also the cost of the items here in the hall are too much costly which are contrary to the orders of Honourable Supreme Court. We reached the Inox Pink Square at 10:15 am on 21.11.22 and the lady at the counter when asked for the ticket she stated the price to be 1100 for 2 tickets however the price was INR 140 that we had checked online before proceeding for show. The lady clearly mentioned that this is the price and it will come with the combo mandatory. She clearly denied to give us the ticket without combo and tried to misuse of the fact that the online portals...

Inox prozone not allowing baby food inside...

I lost my Mivi earphones on 19th nov 2022 in Inox theater, Elpro mall, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune...the movie was Drishyam 2 which was scheduled at 11.15 am on 19th nov in Screen number 3...my seats were in H row...

I went for 9:15 am show on 19th nov 2022. At the ticket counter, they charged me more than the actual price of the tickets. As early morning are not expensive I asked why. They answered that's the rate. Toh which I refused and told them to check online. They replied by saying that's the rate here otherwise book online. They further refused to sell tickets without combo . Earlier they didn't mention the combo added in our tickets. The employees...

In Salem ₹60 Tickets are available for all movies.But only 4 or 5 seats only available, others are booked. But in cinema theatre, that ₹60 seats are fully vacant. And i watched 3 movies in Inox and same problems have faced.please make a solution....

Today nov 17, 2022 - we booked a movie ticket in inox counter at marina mall chennai for the movie kanthara - 11.50 am show. We got snacks and waited for the movie in the seats around 1 hour finally due to some technical issues show not started and got cancelled. Getting refund is very difficult, I would like to receive refund that I paid by card using my phone [protected]

I have taken reclainer seats in INOX Chitralaya mall (vishakapatnam), seats looks dirty and theatre not well maintained in hygienic and they didint switched on ac in theatre.please take legal action on this theatre ....

I want to take your attention towards the TICKETS MANAGEMENT of INOX PVR . They are providing tickets of higher amount than the actual ticket price . On 11th November 2022 I asked for 2 tickets at INOX MEERUT for the price 260/- which was shown on your website but not available at the counter. Then the ticket seller provide me the higher cost ticket with added beverages and snacks with the ticket price without my concern...

Person selling tickets on counter deny to provide ticket without popcorn and coke combo due to this i told him about booking ticket online at that time he said it's best option.
So what kind of practice is this even after reaching cinema we have to buy ticket online by giving convience charge.
Inox management have to look into this matter. Or else next time i will contact...

Movie started at 11:30 am now its 2:42 still facing the stucking problems you should give my cash back as soon ASAP...

Still the problem is continuing, many of them gone out, some ofbthem were shouting . The problem is getting very irritating . Should return the cash back ....

Movies were stucking frequently .i need my cash back
Make action or else i will file a case against inox...
