Dear sir/ mam i have been to your cinema in vidyanagar, anand on 25th of september this morning for the movie (Bhoomi). I bought the tickets for the respective show which was scheduled at 11:35 am. There was some guy swami at the ticket window and he gave me two tickets with combo without asking me or my concern, when i refused to take any of the combo he said its compulsory n i have to pay for that too, the window staff (Swami) was really annoying and arguing. When i checked my tickets it said that the cost of the two tickests were 140₹ and he charged me 490₹, so, i had to pay 350₹ extra for the combo which i didn't even wanted and that is something really annoying for me. Please tell me what kind of compulsory offers are these which you are serving to your customers?? Please take some real action about it and make us feel comfortable. I love your cinema and often go there with my friends and family. I hope you will take my complaint seriously. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
