I have accidentally chosen wrong date for the Movie Tickets and for resolving it they haven’t provided any cancellation link or the number provided for query is also given false as nobody attends to it. Kindly check for that

We are in receipt of your feedback and we would like to inform you that the tickets once booked cannot be rescheduled. However, we would request you to follow the steps for ticket cancellation and rebook your tickets.
Login to your account > Under> My bookings you would get the booking detail and there would be an option enabled to cancel your booking.
The same would be valid till 3 hours prior to show time and is not application on guest booking. Kindly update your App so that same gets enabled.
