Dear Inox Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Inox, specifically regarding a recent incident at your theatre.
On[protected], my family and I made plans to watch a movie at your theatre. We had initially planned to attend the 9:30 PM show, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we opted for the 10:30 PM show, which was introduced by Inox. Despite our efforts to arrive promptly, we were shocked to discover upon our arrival at 10:00 PM that the show had been canceled.
The lack of communication and the disregard for our time and inconvenience is deeply troubling. We traveled over 20 kilometers to reach the theatre, only to be told to wait until 10:40 PM for further information, and then abruptly informed of the cancellation at that time. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially considering our loyalty to Inox over the years.
As loyal customers who have patronized Inox for several years, we expected better treatment and service. However, this incident has severely tarnished our perception of Inox, and as a result, we have decided to explore other options for our entertainment needs in the future.
