Been waiting for the movie to start for past 1 hour with ticket id 2368344. This is very inconvenient as i have come from very far. If this is the kind of service you provide i am afraid how long you will survive in this competitive and growing market. This is totally not the way to treat your customer even if i am willing to return no refund is being provided and there was no prior notice of delay while booking at the counter. Today i.e 30 july 2018 i watch M.I6 at treasure next central mall, indore. i purches 4 ticket with my debit card of sbi seat no. H 16 to 19 but by default amont cut 4 time i.e [protected]@per ticket = 680/-. and the amount will cutted 4 time automatically i.e 680/- *4=2720/-. plz refund my 2040/- back ASAP.
