Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — I'm complaining about not playing national anthem before start of movie

I went to watch the movie Rakshabandhan on 12th August in inox located at Metro mall Kalyan. As per common practice national anthem is supposed to be played before start of movie but at the show that I attended national anthem wasn't played. I can say this confimly as I had reached well before the time of the show.
Please look into the matter as it is a major concern.
