Inox z square mall kanpur follows a practice of turning air conditioning off before the show when the whole theatre is full and promos are going on and also during interval. It is absolutely ridiculous to sit in such a suffocating hall. All the customers keep complaining but the staff just has a standard response that we will ask someone to restart it. This practise is not followed any where else but just inox kanpur z square. This is spoiling the good brand name of inox heavily and i personally would never again visit inox kanpur. We dont pay full ticket money for such a third class and unprofessional service. Worst multiplex i have ever been.
