Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Misbehaviour of INoX udaipur staff

Hi,
We went to watch Kerala story on 8th may with 4 adults and 1 kid 4years old at INoX udaipur.Firstly the cinema guard misbehaved us and then the owner of inox misbehaved very badly and abuses us for that 4 year kid is not allowed in that movie but he allowed rest of people with kid. we just asked to refund our ticket amount and those kid he allowed please disallow them also but he did not agreed on it although one of his staff regularly putting fake claims like we hit him. We booked ticket from that inox ticket counter only and they did not told us that kids are not allowed neither it’s there in movie poster

They called poilce too and gave threatning to us although police supported us and asked us to watch the movie but then owner denies and as he was drunk asked us to leave the theater as soon as possible. he said - tum log mere cinema me kaise baithe ho… We asked complaint register also but he gave us visitor book and just ignored us.
