Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Movie was seen as blurred

We watched shang chi at screen 1 of the bhilwara inox, at bhilwara, rajasthan...we complaint to the manager about screen clearity...but our problem were not solved and we had watched whole movie as blurred quality...it ruined our day, and our 200 rs. Per head...and that was my worst experience to any movie threathe so far now.
Do something from ruining inox reputation.
