I have booked ticket from Paytm online Screen -1
Ticket no RY -A10, A12, A09

But suddenly at 7.30 when I reached venue I came to know that due to less seat occupied 1 show is been cancelled and they are shifting everyone in screen 2
Now I went inside screen 2 and seated on my above seats as told .Before movie starts someone came and told me to vacant the seat I told him that I booked the tickets .But he told me to Vacant it.I twice asked him what is the issue let me know but he was forcing to vacant seat.I told him that it's not insulting me and my family better give me refund.He said yes
Now if you have such issues why don't you make a desk and clear issue there and then send customer inside .Why you want to harras people
And your Employee Tushar is saying proudly that this is my number and gave me The Cinema manager number saying you can complaints
Now I been in service industry I would never encourage some one to go and complaint rather I give solution
I thought Inox is a big brand but it employee realise me I am wrong the way they treat and insult customer proudly.
I am feeling harrased and insulted
