This is regarding experience at inox sunny trade centre atish market, jaipur. The encounter with your staff here is no less than a nightmare..
Horrible staff at ticket counter lokesh, he is least bothered to ask u which show timings tickets u want, how many tickets u want.. N on telling him his mistake he appeared to be in his own world talking n gossiping with other guy with him.. Despite having two ticket windows only one is kept open.. N other guy is just chatting and of no use... I m also utterly irritated as another guy just was trying to push into me on the ticket counter, and on telling him to stay away from me he said "aisa kya hua main koi* zabardasti * kar raha hoon kya apkey sath" this situation could have been avoided had there been a seprate queue for ladies... Kindly look into the matter.. I had approached the inox manager mr. Mohit and he said he qould look into the matter but i m not convinced... All in all i m super disgusted with the staff who have no manners to deal with clients n that doesnt suit the reputation of inox... Was this information helpful? |
