I have visited the Insignia theatre at Metro on 02.01.2022 at 6.30pm for a movie. It was being shown in screen 7. My seat No was B-2, B-4. There was a rat running about the theatre in our row.

I’m still awaiting a resolution for this. If you bother to read the complaint I have already clearly mentioned the theatre as well as the date and time visited. The only communication I have received is a very informal SMS from an executive who could not even bother to type full words although I have to follow up for a response.
