I was booking 2 tickets through the inox app today at 13.24 for Inox Kolkata Quest through my debit card, and at the end the booking failed, yet my money got debited .
I then received an sms with debit charges but no confirmation of ticket received, i then visited the theatre to complaint about the same, where is was told by the manager that the money will be automatically returned, and for fresh tickets i will have to pay and book again, so at 15.22 i booked new tickets in cash for which i received a confirmation.
I am sharing the debit details along with the second booking confirmation and would request the authority to kindly refund my debited amount of 1489 asap.
