I trisita sur from kolkata want to inform you thati have booked 3tickets of movie saanjbati few minutes ago ftom your app inox leisure by using net banking. The amount of rs 336 was deducted ftom my account but didnot got ticket confirmation message. Instead of that the app is showing me that no transactions were performed. This is really disappointing. I didnot except this from u guys. Thatswhy i want my refund of rs 336. My mobile number is [protected].

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There may have been a connectivity problem, as a result of which your transaction did not get confirmed.

We request you to kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified/authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side.

The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback.

As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

Your patronage of INOX is extremely important to us and we hope that you continue to visit us.
