On 26th march 2022 i tried to book the movie ticket for RRR. Somehow the transaction could not be cleared that time. It showed that it may take few minutes but i didn’t receive any ticket. The transaction was made throught kotak bank credit card. Today while going through my credit card statement, I found that the transaction of ₹640 has been made to inox while i didn’t get any ticket booked on 26 th march. Then on confirming the same from bank, i get to know that the transaction was made cleared and successful on 28th march 2022.
The transaction id is VT220870200004580000098. On confirming again the bank shared one more transaction id 104209. Since, I didn’t get any tickets for the movie and payment has still been made, kindly refund the said amount. I have already talked to Inox customer care but their reply is not satisfactory and very irresponsible.
