Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Regarding problem in projection

I took tickets for 10:40pm show to Dhamaka on 4th Jan. After interval movie smoothly run for 20 mints and then this audio cut happened.Everyone shouted for 15 mints no body took seriously from staff members even no one was there in projection room after 30 mints of delay one of their employees came and told us it will take 20 mints to resolve that issue we waited for approx 40to45 mints nobody came. After that one guy came and told us go to another screen when I went there somehow but now that flow was not there .so I asked that refund. After that there were like that's not our policy...so I want my refund back and 20000 compensation for the time they waisted and becz of that my sleep got disturbed...
