Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Service charge levied on offline booking of tickets and calling out the contact number on mic

Hi,

Requesting you to pay heed to two requests:

1) Inox has charged a service charge even when we had booked the tickets from theatre itself

2) Is the movie announcer allowed to announce our personal number over mic which is audible to all, I don't think so.
