Dear Sir/Madam, I booked the ticket for inox satyam Patel Nagar new delhi for baahubali 2 for today date for 3 pm show. It was shocked that the AC functioning was not good. Chairs were not comfort friendly as per the normal height of the person. We were sweating for entire three hours in the Audi 2. We complain to the person in the floor but nothing substantial action been taken. We spended so much of money only for the comfort and we have not been serviced well.
