I had been to Inox Central Mantri Junction JP Nagar on Saturday 12 August 2017 to watch "Emoji" movie at 9.40 am.
I have had a bad experience previously of getting stale popcorn so when I ordered for cheese popcorn I checked with the lady at the counter whether it was fresh. she assured me it was!! But after some time, i discovered that only the top layer was fresh while the whole popcorn inside was stale. I could not get up mid way leaving my young daughter alone in the theater with strangers, to complain to the manager.
My daughter did not want to miss the movie too.
What kind of service is this?
Why do you harass customers like this?
9.40 am is not an EARLY morning show so why cannot the concession stand keep fresh stuff?
it was a waste of my money and a bitter experience for me.
How do you expect customers to eat stale food?
All the previous day's left overs are being served to the morning show customers to spoil their health.
is this why you guys are running a concession stand business and charging such exorbitant rates to fool your customers?
If the popcorn was not fresh why was i not told that it will be delivered to my seat after some time when it is made fresh? what was the hurry?
I need a reimbursement of my hard earned money now. do the needful, please
