[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — transaction failed but amount debited from bank account

I tried booking 5 tickets for "bharat anu nenu" telugu movie at inox:maheswari parameswari today i. E., 18th april 2018 at 9:25 pm via inox app. After entering the otp, money got debited from my bank account but there came a message in the app saying the transaction is failed and asked me to retry for another booking. I booked again and this time it was successful. I am enclosing a screenshot of my account transaction details wherein it shows amount being debited from my account twice. Please go through this matter.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There may have been a connectivity problem, as a result of which your transaction did not get confirmed. We request you to kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.
