Hello,
I'm dr. Harender keerthi here dental surgeon
I'm a regular visitor and an ardent fan of inox.
By mistake i had booked 4 tickets for a movie on saturday instead of sunday and u went for that movie on sunday. It us only then that i realised. But nevertheless i purchased 4 tickets again on sunday at inox itself and watched the same movie.
Could u kindly refund the amount to me as i had booked online

We have received your email and would like to inform you that sale of tickets is guided by local laws and company policy. Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded
We request that before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details as same cannot be changed once booked.
