The website is ineffective in registering bookings. I booked 2 tickets on the 28th of December, 2016 and i was taken to the booking confirmation page, post my making the payment. I didn't receive any booking confirmation text message and I was informed that due to overbooking, my booking had been cancelled. I expect the minimum decency of being informed well in advance, before i reach the theater, before I contact Customer Care and before I waste 45 minutes of my time!!!

I always get this issue of getting tickets, as most of the tickets are always reserved people misbehave, no manners to talk
